This motel is always clean and the staff is always friendly and helpful. My husband and I have been coming to this motel for our anniversary for several years. I was robbed this summer and when I spoke to the motel about it on the phone they waved the 24 hour cancellation policy in case I felt uncomfortable leaving home.... More

Our grandsons decided @ the last minute to come with us. I called Comfort Inn and he said he could provide us with a double room. When we arrived we found that the room was a loft. The loft had a wonderful view. My husband & I had our privacy because they were upstairs.

We are glad you enjoyed your stay at our property. The lofts or family units are nice for families or couples that are traveling together. They are located on the second level of the main building and they have two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The views from the upper floor are toward the mountains or the lake. Each room has... More

For those unfamiliar with Estes Park, Colorado, the sight of an elk walking out between the buildings belonging to a motel is not uncommon. Just getting to Estes Park through Big Thompson Canyon almost assures you will see mountain sheep bounding up nearly vertical cliffs. I begin the review because both have happened to me while visiting this unique spot... More

Fall is one of the best times to visit Estes Park. The elk seem to take over the whole town. From our balcony units, the mountain views are enhanced by the changing aspen leaves. We're glad you enjoyed your stay with us. Hope to see you again. More

Booked this room for a two night stay during our recent vacation to Colorado. The hotel is just outside of Estes Park, not within walking distance. The front staff (the owners I believe) were very friendly and helpful. We had a ground level room with exterior entrance. The parking was tight but sufficient and right outside our room. The room... We stayed here while spending our days at Rocky Mountain National Park. The price was good considering this was during elk season. The room is small, but we spent most of our days in the park and came back when it got dark. The bed and pillows were comfortable, the chair in the room was nice. The sink is outside... More

Thanks for your comments. Our breakfast staff does a great job making sure items are stocked at all times. The back gate is locked at all times from the outside. It is an exit only. Thanks for bringing that to our attention and we will inform all guest to use the back door with their room key. We are looking... More

We needed a little get-a-way and wanted to enjoy the last of the fall colors and celebrate the 100th Centennial Anniversary of the creation of Rocky Mountain National Park. We chose the Comfort Inn in Estes Park, Colorado as our base of operations for our visit. It is located just a few minutes from the park entrance and all of... More

Our mountain view rooms are great, especially during the fall season. Lake Estes is about .25 miles from us, so the elk love to walk through our property to get a drink. Fall is my favorite season in Estes Park. Again thank you for staying with us. We hope to see you next time. More

The management really cares about this hotel... evident in the clean, up to date rooms, good mattresses, good size fridge & microwave. the cookie & beverage service in the afternoon, the good and varied breakfast which includes proteins like eggs, sausage and yogurts. An elevator helps with 2nd floor rooms. Will definitely return. This place is a step above our... More

Thank you for your comments. We do provide a 24 hour business center, guest laundry and fitness center. Our outdoor pool is open seasonally, while our hot tub is open all season. Our peak season rates do tend to run through the first week of October. This year has been great for both the aspen colors and the elk. Thank... More
