We had such a pleasant stay at the Comfort Inn Estes Park. While the hotel is owned by a chain, it is clearly run by a very caring family. Free cookies, coffee and bottled water were real treats. The free daily breakfast was delicious (hot scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, sausage, waffles, muffins, breads, cereals, yogurt, coffee, tea and juice)... More

I hate writing a review like this because the hotel itself was very nice and clean but when you have old mattresses like they do it makes the stay unenjoyable. They need to invest in new mattresses very badly. The breakfast was the best we have had from any hotel including Holiday Inn Express and Hampton Inn.

Thanks for your comments. We are sorry you didn't like our mattress. We received lots of nice complaints about our breakfast, so thanks for letting other guest know about that. We hope you will give us another try the next time you visit Estes. The Jurgens Family Owners More

Enjoyed my stay immensely. My room had a lovely view of the mountains with a fireplace and windows that I was able to open to enjoy the weather. The balcony was quiet and large. I saw so much wildlife from my balcony including a large herd of elk running by in the evening. I also enjoyed the morning watching elk... More

We came into town and stayed one night. The front desk was very helpful and pleasant. We got a one bed queen room for the night. It was very clean and nicely decorated. It was well worth the money we paid. We would stay there again.

We were away from the busyness of the town, but close enough to get there in minutes. Very convenient to Rocky Mountain National Park, which was a primary reason for our stay. Staff were very helpful, providing directions, and recommending restaurants. Free breakfast was excellent. I would stay there again.

I am glad you enjoyed your stay with us. Our location is great! We are one mile away from downtown Estes Park and 4 miles away from both entrances to the Rocky Mountain National Park. The views from our balcony units look over the Continental Divide, while elk and deer are known to wander through the meadow on property. Again,... More

Thanks for your comments. All of our rooms in the main building with interior corridor rooms are larger than the rooms with exterior corridor rooms. We are glad you enjoyed your stay and that you enjoyed our hot breakfast. The next time you visit Estes we hope you will stay with us again. The Jurgens Family Owners More

We stayed one night at the Comfort Inn Estes Park. The staff member who checked us in was very helpful describing the various room options. Some rooms have interior corridors, some exterior with parking right in front of the room. The breakfast area and ice machines are in the building with interior corridors. Our room was spacious even with two... More

We needed a place to stay after a bad experience at another place and they had a room for us. The lady made it very clear the room was small to us on the phone. Yes, it was small but it was also quiet and clean. It had a small table and a couple of chairs. Our room was in... More

Everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. The room large and quiet. We were close to the highway, but could not hear it at all. Breakfast room was well serviced and clean. Gladly stay again. The only negative was that the wifi was pretty slow.

I have only had one experience in this hotel, but I was very impressed by kind service and staff, and a quiet, relaxing room. Using hotel internet is a problem since there is a limited time allotted - I would recommend having your own wifi accomodations. Otherwise, its pleasant and extremely comfortable.
