I have only had one experience in this hotel, but I was very impressed by kind service and staff, and a quiet, relaxing room. Using hotel internet is a problem since there is a limited time allotted - I would recommend having your own wifi accomodations. Otherwise, its pleasant and extremely comfortable.

We had a relaxing stay for one night at this property during our visit to Rocky Mountain National Park during our 10 state road trip. The Comfort Inn staff was courteous, and professional. The motel was conveniently located along Highway 34 and only about a 20-minute drive to the Park entrance. The price was reasonable for a motel in a... More

We are so happy you decided to stay with us too. We are located on five acres and the three buildings behind the main building have marked parking spots. The guest that stay there love that idea. Our hot breakfast has been a great success this year. There are three types of waffles, biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs and sausage,... More

I stayed here 5 nights. The facilities were fine, but I have never been treated so poorly as I was here. My car was vandalized in the parking lot the last night. Numerous holes were slashed in one of the tires, which was completely flat, and the wheel rim was smashed flat. After a nice stranger offered to put the... More

Ms. G. As you suggested in your first letter you wanted us to verify the facts through the copy of the police report. The report came back saying "The owner of vehicle one reported damage to the left rear tire and rim of vehicle one. It was determined the damage was caused by the tire and rim rubbing against a... Am very glad we opted to stay at this hotel. The room was fabulous. The breakfast was also very good. Excellent staff and the location, so close to Rocky Mountain National Park was perfect. Liked the cookies!

Rooms were very clean, comfortable, and the balcony was a wonderful place to sit and enjoy the scenery. The breakfast was better than most free breakfasts in other motels. Very nicely laid out and super variety. Coffee was excellent. The rate was very reasonable for Estes during the Scottish Festival.

We are glad you enjoyed the Scottish Festival. That time of year is very busy in Estes and the surrounding area. The rooms behind the main building are smaller rooms but some have balconies. There are a few in the main building that are the two bedroom, two bathroom family units that have two balconies. We expanded our breakfast area... More

My husband and I and our two daughters stayed in a two-bedroom unit. There was a king bed downstairs and a full and queen in the upstairs bedroom. Two bathrooms. No elevators, just stairs. We heard minimal noise from other guests and the rooms were very clean. The king mattress was definitely on the hard side; the queen mattress upstairs... More

Estes Park was the midpoint of our September roadtrip through Utah, Colorado, and Arizona. We returned after having a previous trip shortened due to a family emergency several years earlier. The lodging in Estes Park is fairly old and this hotel was no exception. If we were to return, we would most likely look at some of the properties in the... More

We had a room with a great view of the mountains. Room was small, and a bit dated. A bit of a problem was the step up into the room from the outside walk. The hotel was nicely renovated with very comfortable beds. Although the bathroom was small, the shower was hot. The breakfast was included and wasn't bad for an expanded continental. We are glad you enjoyed our early start to breakfast. The rooms that have exterior corridors do have smaller bathrooms, but they have the views toward the mountains. Some have balconies while others are on the ground floor. We hope the next time you visit Estes you will stay at our property. The Jurgens Family Owners More
