We stayed in March, room #4 at Timber Creek - had to check in at Fawn Valley Inn about a mile down Fall River Road due to the time of year & room occupation, not a problem - the front desk was very friendly & accommodating, lots of nice freebies in the lobby, fruit, dvd rentals, lotions, toothpaste - little... We recently came back from Estes Park and the location was a perfect base for visiting RMNP. Although everything was fairly close, it was nice that it was literally right near the entrance to the park especially after a long day out. Our cabin had a full kitchen. Very convenient when traveling with family so we didn't need to go... More

First, the good. We stayed in cabin #7, the Blue Columbine, and it was VERY clean, nicely decorated, well-maintained, and adequate for our needs. The staff was friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in 20 minutes early. Now, the not so good. First, the living area was very small, had no coffee table, and did not have enough seating,... More

The Timber Creek Chalets were perfect for our family reunion. We stayed in #8, a three bedroom, two bath cabin. Included was a full kitchen stocked, washer and dryer, and our own private hot tub. They gave us plenty of towels for us to use for the shower and the pool/hot tub. The location was great, only a couple minute... More

We stayed in #3 and it could use some improvement. It is impossible to sleep on the futon bed without it making so much noise it wakes the rest of the cabin every time you turn over. There is no bathroom counter space to get ready and only an itty bitty mirror. We killed two spiders and a flying ant... More

This 3-bedroom unit (#14) with hottub worked great for our multi-generational family. Both the pool and hottub were appreciated as well as the childrens' playground. Just across the road from Fall River, and just a few minutes to downtown. Our beds were quite comfortable and everything we needed was ready in the kitchen. Lighting is limited over the dining table... More

We stayed in room #5 for 4 nights in early Aug. 2012 and loved it. I considered several more expensive places in the area, but ultimately chose Timber Creek Chalets after reading the good reviews. It turned out to be a great choice...very close to the park so we could drive in early each morning, clean and comfy room and... More

We stayed for 3 nights in mid-September..We had #7 Blue Columbine cabin. It was very clean and worked very well for our needs. We were two couples enjoying a long weekend. Cabin was clean and quiet. Nothing fancy but clean is the number one concern for me. Cabin had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms which was nice for us. Godd... More
