We truly enjoyed our stay at Dripping Springs and can't wait to return. Janie, Oliver and John were great hosts. They made us feel like family. The breakfasts were both yummy and informative. We learned a lot about the area and attractions while dining with our hosts and other guests. The room was comfy with it's sleep number bed. We... More

Dripping Springs Resort is perfect, shhhhh... ! Our little cabin with a new sleep number bed and private hot tub was wonderful. Owners Oliver and Jane with friend John are charming hosts. Jane cooks a delicious breakfast and they are great guides to Estes Park. Built alongside the river with double hammocks and a deck overlooking river, we enjoyed s'mores... More

We've just returned from our Colorado adventure. 3 nights in Willow cabin was not quite enough, but the highlight of our trip. The Big Thompson river has a soothing presence from all points on the property. Jaynie, Oliver and John were outstanding hosts and stewards of the land. The cabin itself is adorable and roomier inside than I had expected,... More

We loved our stay in the Willow Cabin. The cabin is perfect. Twinkle lights, private hot tub, it is very tiny but that just adds to the charm. We slept with the windows open listening to the sound of the river. It feels like you are all alone although there are several other cabins the lodge and the cabin is... More

We stayed in the pinewood cabin for our honeymoon and couldn't have asked for a better experience. The cabin is situated perfectly among the pines, slightly isolated from the other cabins, and at night you can fall peacefully asleep to the sounds of the river. The deck is excellent -- we loved the hot tub, grill and porch. Also, it... More

Dripping Springs is set on Big Thompson Creek. You can fly fish steps from your room. We stayed in the Sundancer. Decor is country. Pine paneling. Front porch and a very private rear deck with excellent spa under the stars. Fabulous. Serene and peaceful. Our breakfast on the first night included scrambled eggs, fresh fruit, apple turnover and a delightful... More

First, the staff was welcoming and warm, even giving us a tour of other vacant units on the property and providing us with a wonderful recommendation for dinner. We stayed in the Pinewood and were very pleased with the décor, cleanliness and Sleep Number bed! Don't be thrown by the year these cabins were built. They have been creatively remodeled... More

Stayed with my beautiful wife and two kids. Loved the peace and quiet, only the sound of the big Thompson river running behind our cabin. So needed that! Excellent customer service. They'll take good care of you!

We really enjoyed staying at the dripping springs inn. We came in from KY and were looking for somehwere to stay in Estes Park for the night. Every place that we came to was full. Then we drove up to this one. The tenants were so nice and inviting; they welcomed us like we knew them already. Then our two... More

My 3 sons and I stayed in the Encantado Cabin for 2 nights and loved it! We did some activities in Estes but when asked what the kids' favorite parts of the trip were they all agreed it was having a hot tub right on the deck and a fire pit by the river. The cabin was very clean and... More
