My wife and I stayed at the Dripping Springs Resort for 2 nights, and wished we could have stayed longer. The room was very comfortable, and the SleepNumber bed along with a private hot tub were perfect for unwinding after a day hiking. This riverside resort provided a delicious breakfast to fuel up for your day, and the owners Janie... More

Staying at Dripping Springs was the best part of our family vacation. The Alamo cabin was perfect for our small family and so relaxing! We used the private fire pit every night, relaxed in the hot tub, and enjoyed the scenery non stop. Yes, you don't get the best wifi reception which was hard to get used to at first,... More

We had a wonderfully quiet, romantic get-away weekend here. The room was charming, impeccably clean, very comfortable, and private. Every possible detail was thought of and available, from a utility knife to a grill with tools. The staff is quite personable and the breakfast is fantastic (and varied). We will definitely come back!

A couple of shortcomings here are you cannot have family or friends over and connectivity. The rules are guests can have no guests. Luckily we had family stay at another place where we could gather. The Wi-Fi is not functional and phone service is limited. Good if you want to be away from technology but bad if you need some... More

We have stayed here three times and have always felt so welcome and at home! We stayed in the Alamo cabin and it is now our favorite. It is perfect for a couple's retreat. The cabin is isolated and is enclosed within a wall which surrounds a courtyard with a wood burning fireplace. There is a porch/patio with a hot... More

When we arrived, we were greeted pleasantly and the hospitality never stopped. The staff were extremely knowledgeable about the RMNP and suggested many great hikes. The food was fantastic, and the rooms were pleasant. I cant say enough about how enjoyable the staff made the trip.

While planning a small getaway for our 10th anniversary, I found Dripping Springs Resort on tripadvisor and decided to book one of their bed and breakfast rooms. Dripping Springs did not disappoint. Our stay was exactly what my husband and I had hoped for: romantic and peaceful. We stayed in the Sundancer room and were very comfortable. The sleep number bed... More

This place is so cute! My husband surprised me with the pinewood cabin for our anniversary and I could not stop telling him how much I liked it! It was very clean and since there was flooding a couple years ago the cabin was remodeled. The porch and deck were in great shape and they were only few yards from... More

We stayed in a B&B room. The rooms are renovated cabins from the 1920's and are small and a bit funky. The shower, for example, was quite small. The private hot tub one the deck was nice and warm and worked well. The pros: the owners are very nice and it seemed like they would work hard to make your... More

Well, if we are Funky, then Funky is good, according to Funk and Wagnells dictionary! "Modern and stylish in an unconventional or striking way" Yep we are unconventional, and our guests seem to like us this way! IT is very quiet here, because we aren't on the highway, we are off down our little lane, and the sound of the... More

We have stayed at Dripping Springs two times, 2009 and June 2015. Both times left us wanting to come back. This is a beautiful setting, close to the park and shops but away from the crowds. We stayed in the Thunderbird-very roomy, two bedrooms, large kitchen, very clean. This June we stayed at the Willow. Close to the river, beautiful... More
