Coyote Mountain Lodge rates as one of our more disagreeable lifetime lodging experiences. The cost was disproportionate to the value received. Super-8 and Motel-6 are far better values. Super-8 and Motel 6 offer better rates for much more user-friendly rooms. Coyote Mountain Lodge was likely the most user-unfriendly room we've ever lodged at. Coyote Mountain Lodge: 1. Had only ½... My boyfriend Rick and I visited Estes Park last month and we decided to book the coyote mountain lodge last minute. We were sure what to expect but we were pleasantly surprised! The rooms were spacious and very clean. They had a heated pool and a very nice hot tub, and it was never over crowded. We slept peacefully every... More

We stayed in Estes Park so we could drive on the Trail Ridge Road. We reserved a room at the Coyote Mountain Lodge because they had a suite with 3 queen beds. The view of the mountains is beautiful! The room was clean and comfortable and convenient to the downtown area, grocery stores, gas stations. It looks like there are... More

I was in one of the older rooms. It was clean and quiet. The front desk person, Jennifer Laura (I think) was extremely personable and was a great ambassador for the motel. There was no breakfast but I was fine with that--most places have garbage anyway. Again, good place for the price and I would stay again.

My boyfriend and I were on a road trip through Co. and decided to visit Estes Park for a few days. We pulled our large van into the Coyote and were instantly greeted by Jen, who was managing the office. She was so friendly and warm, we knew right away this would be perfect! We stayed in the beautiful, roomy... More

Good value for price. Warm and friendly staff. They accept pets. Rustic decor. Dated but clean and comfortable. Excellent bed and bedding! We will come back when in the area again. Walk down the hill to Estes Lake and Golf course with great walk/bike path into town

We were thrilled to find lodging so close to downtown Estes at such an affordable rate. My fiancé and I enjoy visiting Estes often and lodging at the Coyote Mountain Lodge allows us to stay longer each time. The manager, Jen, was kind enough to show us the suites when we were talking about upcoming wedding plans. It feels great... More

Stayed here for one night, could have stayed here longer though. Nice lodge style rooms, friendly staff, free wi-fi and free hot beverages in the morning. Clean rooms, friendly staff and great location. We unfortunately had to cancel our second night for personal reasons, and the hotel refunded us fully even though they didn't have to which shows how nice... More

I did my research on this hotel, read a lot of reviews, and looked at photos on this website and on the hotel's website. I booked the 2 room suite room, with 3 queen beds. The room was not what I expected having viewed the photos online. For the price, I did not expect luxury, but I didn't quite expect... More

We spent one night at Coyote while in Estes Park. The room was clean and well kept. Bed was comfortable. Pool was nice too. Staff was very nice. Note: When I called the night before arriving to confirm my reservation, that I had made several months prior, they could not find it. Even though almost sold out, they used what... More
