We were thrilled to find lodging so close to downtown Estes at such an affordable rate. My fiancé and I enjoy visiting Estes often and lodging at the Coyote Mountain Lodge allows us to stay longer each time. The manager, Jen, was kind enough to show us the suites when we were talking about upcoming wedding plans. It feels great... More

Stayed here for one night, could have stayed here longer though. Nice lodge style rooms, friendly staff, free wi-fi and free hot beverages in the morning. Clean rooms, friendly staff and great location. We unfortunately had to cancel our second night for personal reasons, and the hotel refunded us fully even though they didn't have to which shows how nice... More

I did my research on this hotel, read a lot of reviews, and looked at photos on this website and on the hotel's website. I booked the 2 room suite room, with 3 queen beds. The room was not what I expected having viewed the photos online. For the price, I did not expect luxury, but I didn't quite expect... More

We spent one night at Coyote while in Estes Park. The room was clean and well kept. Bed was comfortable. Pool was nice too. Staff was very nice. Note: When I called the night before arriving to confirm my reservation, that I had made several months prior, they could not find it. Even though almost sold out, they used what... More

We liked staying at Coyote Mountain Lodge. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The swimming pool was clean and warm. We also liked the hot tub. The only negative was that the air conditioner made weird noises but it worked. It was close to town and to Lake Estes. We will stay there next time we are in... More

We are so glad you enjoyed your recent stay with us! We try our very best to keep all of the rooms and the pool/hot tub in good, clean working condition. We are sorry to hear that your A/C unit was making noise, that it made your stay less enjoyable. We hope you will come stay with us again the... More

The room was clean, but very dated and we could see the light from the outside coming in all around the door, thank god it was summer. We were leery about the security of the room aas you could easily break in the flimsy and poorly fitted door and antique door chain that was the backup lock. WIFI works but... More

Thank you for writing a review for us! We definitely pride ourselves on the quality of our staff and our ability to offer some of the lowest rates in Estes Park! Coyote was an old and run down hotel before the owners purchased it two years ago, and we are steadily working on details like what you mentioned for each... More

The rooms were very clean. Comfortable beds. Beautiful view. Easy walk to the lake from the hotel where you'll find a path that goes around the lake and into town. Great for walking or running. The front desk staff Jess & Roxy were very friendly and accommodating. I had several family members staying here, and we were all happy. I'd... More

Thank you for your wonderful review of our Lodge! We appreciate having such kind families as yours stay with us. We also appreciate that Lake Estes and the downtown area are so accessible to us. The town does a great job at maintaining the waterfront pathways. We look forward to having you and your family stay with us again! More

The good: The man at the front desk was extremely nice and helpful. He changed our accommodations so we could go to our room when we got there at 1:00 PM (an upgrade to a newly renovated room for the same price!). The room was very clean, as were the linens. The pool was toasty warm and also kept very... More

Everything is outdated and worn, including the bed sheets. The walls are thin and the room is quite small. We ultimately decided not to stay overnight as there as the bed was so uncomfortable (I could feel the springs in my back and the bed sunk when I lied down on it) it wasn't even tolerable. We love finding a... More
