Great place to stay! We were in a little cabin called "the love nest". We had our own jacuzzi tub and everything! Right next to the river! It is within walking distance to downtown! Would recommend this highly!

In from Long Island to visit friends and asked for suggestions. The Stanley was at one end, the Brynwood on the other. The room was spotless and a throwback to the Adirondacks! We explored all day and evening then crashed on the lovely bed. The kitchen was clean albeit small. Staff couldn't have been friendlier. We got exactly what we... More

Brynwood on the River is a beautiful resort …I stayed the first time summer of 2013. Since then I have returned 3 more times. I have stayed in both the hotel and their cabins (Sea Galley being my favorite). It has a screened in front porch with a private hot tub. When I stayed in the hotel I had an... More

Took my wife up to Brynwood to enjoy a night away from the family. We stayed in the "Sea Galley," which is a cozy 2 bedroom cabin. We really enjoyed the decorations and the theme of the cabin. Everything worked well for us, even though it was cold and breezy outside, inside was warm and comfortable. We arrived late and... More

I called and spoke with Cindy regarding a room I was looking to rent for my 2 girlfriends and I who are traveling from out of state. She spoke on the phone with me for 10 minutes giving me all the details of my options and I told her I'd call her back once I confirmed everything with my friends.... More

Karen...we are very sorry about the misunderstanding here. You have to understand we field 20-30 calls a day explaining what we have, so I'm sorry about not remembering our conversation. This is the very first winter our managers have been here and she didn't realize how busy we are for Valentine's Weekend. We fill early on and it is one... More

Stayed in Rock N River #26 on 11/26/2014 through 11/29/2014. On a positive note, the unit we stayed in was next to the Big Thompson River and had a beautiful view as well as a hot tub. The unit was not as represented on web though. There were not enough seats for five people and no coffee table. The pictures on the... More

It is always disheartening when someone doesn't enjoy their stay with us. I sent you a copy of the bill and results from Tom Johnson, Wild Life Biologist B.S. who is the best technician according to Ritecorp that they have. He came immediately when we called him to verify we didn't have a "bug" problem. He stated on the paperwork... More

We came to view elk in the park, so we didn't spend lots of time in our cabin. Despite saying that, it was nice to come back in the evening. Our cabin was very clean with nice little touches like towels folded in pretty designs and pillows arranged nicely. The staff had a fire laid in the fireplace and had... More

One of the main reasons for us staying there was the pool for the kids. Upon arrival were told the pool was already closed for the season due to frost. There was no frost the 4 days we were there. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and the bed linens were quite old. The air conditioner filter had at least half... More

We are so sorry that you didn't enjoy your stay with us. You reserved "on-line" and took a motel room that we would never have recommended for the size of your family. You would have been told that you had to walk down to the river and that the motel has wonderful views of the mountains, but nowhere near the... More

This was a perfect spot to spend a relaxing week. We rented a cabin next to the river with hot tub on deck. Highly recommended....owners were very sweet and helpful. Estes Park is only a 1/2 mile away and lots to do.

Our family stayed at the Brynwood for the first time over Labor Day Weekend. We stayed in the motel.(Not a cabin) I was reading a review from the family who stayed in the same room we stayed in (The Paint Brush) They must have stayed the week before us. Our experiences were totally opposite. Even though the Paint Brush is... More
