Last minute reservation on a weekend where most hotels did not have a room available. Paid way more than the room was worth but happy to have a place to stay. Very friendly service at check in. We drove around the hotel to a back entrance to park close to our room. I put my key in the outside door,... More

Tristi at the Front Desk is a wonderful employee, as was the gentleman working Night Audit. Tristi was not able to accommodate either of my requests; a balcony or a room with an exterior entrance, but was great about recommending local restaurants. Both Smokin' Daves and Casa Grande were stellar choices! The rooms are tired, though. Decor looks like it's... More

We decided to stay here one night before heading through Rocky Mountain National Park and then further south. The clerk at the front desk was very friendly and allowed us to check in early. The hotel is dated and in need of some updates. But because it is an older hotel, the double queen room was pretty spacious. Normally we’ll... More

This is an older hotel that could use some updates and and a little TLC. In comparison to other Estes park hotels this place is cheaper and has bigger rooms. Our room was clean and the front desk was very friendly. Breakfast was ok but the views were great. Really no complaints!

i was very impressed with the service at the motel. at check-in, the clerk was able to accommodate my room request and i had a room with a wonderful mountain view. daily housekeeping service was very good and thorough. when a few cable channels had poor reception, they called the cable company and a technician came out and fixed the... There are definitely some cosmetic issues in this older motel. Our room was clean overall and the bed was comfortable. The "hospitality room" on the second floor had a faint odor of vomit...hummm...It was quiet in our room. Front desk staff nice. Stains on the bed spreads. Much updating needed throughout. No circulation in the pool area, smelled strongly of... More

We stayed in an upstairs room with a balcony but it faced the west so the sun was very hot in the evening and we couldn't sit outside. There were several construction workers that were in the rooms below us that were talking and laughing very loudly and were also drinking. It was very hard to go to sleep with... More

My husband and I stayed at this motel four years ago and decided to stay here again this year. The motel has really gone down hill since our last visit. I almost fell on a stair that was broken on the second floor. I felt that our room could have been a little cleaner. Carpet needed updating in our room.... More

The receptionist was very friendly and the hotel was very clean. Only one available elevator and it is far away from any room so most likely you will carry your suitcases up multiple flights of stairs if you're on the top floor. Hotel is old and does not have a lot of outlets to charge your electronics so bring an... More

Having stayed here in years past I knew right where it was and that it was farther from the park and downtown area. There are still other hotels and places to eat etc in the area. Very friendly lady at the front desk who has been there for years. Some rooms have both inside and outside doors to enter. There... More
