We stayed at Woodlands for four nights as our base for exploring Rocky Mountain National Park. The suite was very clean and appeared to be updated. The living room had a small table couch and LCD TV along with a fireplace. The kitchen had a full size fridge, oven and microwave along with all the essentials that you would expect... More

This is the third time we have stayed at The Woodlands on Fall River. Wonderful condo accommodations just a short distance from the Fall River Entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park, making it a wonderful place to stay while taking full advantage of the national park. Right on Fall River so one can sit on the bank and enjoy the... More

Staying at this lodge was very enjoyable, my husband and I where there for five nights, and next year we will have to make sure for seven nights! The condo is right next to the river which is lovely, it is very close to the National Park, and it's close to getting into town for shopping or going to a... More

This place is fabulous in all respects except the noise from traffic on Highway 34. The unit itself is beautiful and comfortable--- well-equipped kitchen, grill, nice furniture from which to view Fall River, perfect king bed, and tasteful decor. But the beautiful sound of the river rushing over boulders is drowned out by traffic noise. I would recommend NOT staying... More

A condo along Fall River. What more could you ask for? These condos were gorgeous. Very updated, clean and all the amenities you need at your fingertips. Waking up or taking a nap or just sitting outside listening to the sound of rushing water instantly relaxes you and settles your mind. You slow down and appreciate the amazing views of... More

We stayed at The Woodlands in early June for 6 nights. It was wonderful! The Big Thompson River is right outside your window. The view is awesome. The sound of the river is very relaxing. You can sit on the river in the comfortable chairs they have along the bank. You can sit outside on your covered patio. The condo... More

This was our sixth stay at Woodlands, and we can't imagine staying anywhere else when we come to Rocky Mountain National Park. The suites are well-appointed and attractive, with big windows and a glass door facing the river just 15 feet away. There is plenty of closet and dresser space so that you can unpack and put your bags away,... More

This was a great location. However we had issues with the BBQ grill, it was not clean and the flames got a bit crazy. In an effort to get our food cooked we put in the oven, only to have it start smoking also. So let's just say our next meal was cooked in the microwave. We had to ask... More

The woodlands is ideally situated, not too close to the town crowds, yet only 3-5 minutes to a grocery store and town. It's only 2 miles the other way to RMNP. The cabin was cozy and rustic with modern touches. I absolutely LOVED the lower level, riverside cabin we rented, #4. The layout was well designed, attractively decorated, warm leather... More

My wife and I are not very outdoorsy and searched the internet for a nice cabin/suite that had all the comforts of home, yet would still give us a feeling of being close to nature during our stay in Estes Park. This was perfect for us. The one bedroom suite was spacious and had a gorgeous view out our front... More
