We were advised this was a great place to camp at Estes Park, so we made reservations and understood the deposit was non-refundable. On July 1, 2015, we began our trip to Colorado; however, late in the afternoon, in the middle of Kansas, a truck driver of a semi fell asleep and ran into the back of our camper going... More

We stayed here while visiting Rocky Mountain NP and it is the closest to the Park. Did not use laundry or showers,so can't speak to that. The people were friendly and pilot you to your spot. Our pull thru was easy in and out, however was off level 3 or 4 inches and it looked liked most others were using... More

It's for sure a nice spot for camping. Just five minutes away from the Rocky Mountains National Park and we had a couple of elk right beneath of us. But paying over 70 $ for a full hook-up back-in where all additional facilities were closed and the showers were in a quite bad condition (and not very clean at all)... More

Relied on good rating from Good Sam when I should gave paid more attention to individual reviews. Dirt and dust everwhere. Really small sites. Barely any room to park a vehicle by an RV. Crowded and unpleasant. Poor cable reception. Poor maintenance of grounds and buildings. All of this for a high cost. Find another campground and avoid this one.

A BIG RIP OFF is what I experienced!!! 1. $70 per night - ridiculously overpriced!!! 2. No trees for shade! 3. NO 'view', because rigs are piled up on top of each other like a cheap trailer park!!! You have to keep your shades and windows closed, because you're only a few feet away from the next rig!!! 4. NO... More

DIRT ROADS so dust ALL the time. Many unlevel sites. Upper bath house closed. We are 45' motorhome and they put us in 30 amp! They acknowledged their error with our rez and apologized but offered nothing more. Office mgr checked and said there wasn't anyone in 50amp to switch us with. Told us 40' and over go in 50amp... This was our first time to stay here. It will be our last. The space they gave us was a back-in with a 29 foot travel trailer. There was not adequate space to do so. The site we got was sloped so much it was difficult to level our trailer. The closest shower/ toilet to row F was only 3... More

I've stayed here 3 times. The last time this past Labor Day weekend. We travel in a 32 ft Class A and tow a jeep. In my opinion most of the sites are large enough with good space between spaces. Also due to the 'step' set up it creates a more open feeling. The best sites are in row A... More

Nice folks, minutes to the Park entrance. Family friendly with T P'S, swimming pool, mini golf. It is $65.00-70.00 a night is the downfall, non-refundable. There are few trees, sandy camp sites, but over all a good experience. Fire Pits are at specific areas only.

Loved this RV park! This was my first time RV'ing and told the staff at the front desk. They were so very kind and helpful. Someone assisted me with all the hookups and helped to level my RV as well. The area was fantastic with great views of Longs Peak. Great area, large RV spots, and friendly helpful staff. I... More
