This is probably one of the nicest motels we have ever stayed at. The owners are friendly, the rooms immaculate and have extra ammenities that you would expect only in a much more expensive environment. The lighting in the rooms is also more than adequate. We also ate dinner at the restaurant and found it comfortable and very affordable. We... More

After traveling all day from Kansas they lost our reservations even though I had a confirmation number AND called a couple weeks earlier to confirm. Needless to say I was very disappointed. After reading the other posts on this board I see this isn't the first time this happened. But they were nice and found us another place to stay.... More

I acknowledge that this is a legitimate problem and take full responsibility for not having developed a system for cross-checking the GDS reservations. The problem seems to be that we did not receive the original email reservation back in March from Innlink, the firm which transmits the GDS (Global Distribution System) reservations from Travelocity, Expedia, etc. to the lodging properties.... Our first trip to Colorado started with a four night stay at the Alpine Trail Ridge Inn. While the motel is not new, the rooms were clean and included a fridge and microwave. A fantastic view presented itself right outside our door, the mountain scenery was awesome. One day there was a whole herd of elk right across the street... More

We booked the Alpine Trail Ridge in for a night in May based on the reviews found on this site. When we drove past it earlier in the day we noticed it looked like a 1950's roadside motel and we were a little worried! When we checked in we found a spacious room with plush carpet, big comfortable beds, and... More

We booked one night at the ATRI based on the Trip Advisor reviews, and we weren't disappointed. The staff was friendly and helpful (had some wi-fi issues that the front desk resolved for us), and the place was EXCEPTIONALLY clean. My wife said it's the cleanest she's ever seen (she's picky), and that she'd be comfortable bathing in the tub... More

Went on reviews and picked this hotel. Don't get me wrong it is a nice hotel with very friendly staff. But for the price and location I feel I could of done better. Not a scenic location like some of the other hotels in the area, but room was very clean and the property was nice. Resturant on site, did... More

After reading the reviews in Trip Advisor we picked Alpine Trail Ridge Inn. While I agree with most of the earlier reviews I will say that our room on the first floor was very noisy with the folks above coming and going all night it seems. I do like the location and away from most the heavily congested areas of... More

We just returned from a trip out west and the last place we stayed for 2 nights was the Alpine Inn. What a pleasant way to end our trip before heading home. We stayed in one of the family suites and we found it to be the perfect place to stay. The hotel is well maintained and it has everything... More

We were pleasantly surprised at the cozy atmosphere and super cleanliness of our room that included TV, refrigerator, coffee supplies, shampoo, air conditioning, heater, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, plus matresses you never wanted to leave! What else could you wish for? The fabulous restaurant next door with it's delicious food, super service and friendly atmosphere was like frosting... More
