We stayed here to two nights - excellent! We booked very efficiently online. We were greeted with warmth and friendliness, and the room was exceptionally clean. Everything worked correctly.
The overwhelming impression, as soon as we arrived (and it continued), was that maintenance of the entire property, bith inside and out was very high. Although the property was not new, it was well decorated, and obviously well-cared for. Chains of hotels do not always give this impression, nor do private hotels/motels, but this was a unusually good.
We wanted an early start each morning, and the restaurant next door (owned by the same family) did not open early enough, so the staff happily recommended two places in Estes Park centre (2 miles away). The 'Egg & I' was very good value for money and friendly, but the 'Big Horn Restaurant' was neither - we could not recommend it in any way!
