The office was very nice however the manager did not endorse Estes Park very well. The condo was amazing and beautiful with the private hot tub, fireplace, and rustic décor in Room 300. The kitchen needs to be stocked with more food staples such as spices rather than just salt and pepper. The décor of the hallways needs to be... More

Although we had originally booked a two bedroom condo, we moved to a one-bedroom when our friends couldn't make it. Dustin was very helpful in getting us moved to a smaller condo and we couldn't have been happier. We ended up in #306 which is a one-bedroom, two bathroom condo with gas fireplace, full kitchen and private hot tub. Loved... More

We needed to get out of Denver for a little rest and relaxation. This was the perfect place for an overnight getaway. Peaceful and right next to the Fall river. We really enjoyed the hot tub suite. Sitting in the hot tub while it was snowing was awesome!!!!!!

We stayed in room #201, this was the most beautiful place ever! It has an amazing view of the mountain and river! It was great to sleep at night and hear the river as we slept! The room is huge! 2 bed 2 baths with an amazing kitchen! We did not want to leave!

Everything was very good . We did have a miscommunication on the layout of the room as we were lead to believe that it was ground floor with a loft. When we arrived , no loft ! The front desk lady was crabby and not very accommodating . She said " well , all I can do is take $20.00... More

My husband and I went on a last minute overnight trip to Estes park and we stayed in the Fawn Valley Inn. I was iffy at first because I never stayed in an Inn before and I am a clean freak but when we got there it was very "homey". Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and... More

I wanted to be specific on which room we stayed in because the resort has many different options and not all are the same. That being said.... ...we loved #256. It has a nice big wrap-around deck with a hot-tub overlooking Fall River. The room was very clean and everything was in total working order (took us a minute to... More

I choose this location because of some reviews I had read. One review sad nothing but bad things and the others sounded nice. Well whoever wrote that review must have stayed in room 925. It looks like an old hotel room a very small one with a kitchenette. Great equipment in the kitchen but no counter space to use the... More

Our family of four stayed in Unit 201 and we loved it. It looked exactly like the online pictures! While the outside looks older, our unit was very clean and updated. The only downside was the creaking floor above us. Sleeping with our window open next to the rushing river was incredible. One morning we enjoyed watching two deer crossing... More

The hotel is very close to Rocky National Park. Maybe 3 miles from downtown - on the river. Most rooms are like condos. With full kitchen. TVs with built in DVD players. Free wifi. Some with hot tubs on deck facing the river. The outdoor pool is very hot! A surprise nowadays when national chains like Sheraton or Hilton are... More
