My two granddaughters and I enjoyed our stay so much we stayed a few more days and my husband came up to join us. The one bedroom condo was fifteen feet from the river and it was very clean and perfect size with the fold out in the living room plus the one bed in the bedroom (The bed needs... more

I have only once before written a review for a hotel / resort. Fawn Valley Inn deserves my time and only the highest marks. If you are visiting the Rocky Mountain there is no better place to stay. I must say I was little hesitant when I saw the outside of the Fawn Valley only because I’m used to staying... more

A group of condos that is just a few hundred feet from the entrance to Rocky Mountain NP. From the back balcony, you are above Falls Creek. Looking across at the meadow, we saw several elk bucks and does. The mountain from there is a great vista. We would stay again. more

This is our second time staying at Fawn Valley Inn. You cannot find a better value in all of Estes Park. The location is perfect. It is just minutes from RMNP and also from town. It is right on the Fall River and enough away from town to be very peaceful. There are many different sized and types of units... more

The room was clean and beautiful. The inn borders the national park and has a river and mountain view from the back balcony. It is away from the touristy section of Estes Park, and that is what we preferred. We used the kitchenette for breakfast and supper and picnicked in the park everyday. Fresh fruit was available in the lobby.... more

The room was perfect. It was nice having every thing that we needed in the kitchen, hot tub. All we had to get was the breakfest food for the kids, skacks, and a few drinks. The kids LOVED it! more

Arrived at site late, but called ahead and front desk was very accomodating (more than I can say for American Airlines) for our late arrival. We stayed in unit 292. Unit has a nice view and very clean. Proximity to the river was nice for my kids to play (climb on the rocks). Front desk was very informative about activities... more

We stayed in room 280 for 3 nights in May 2009. The room was excellent (exactly as depicted in the pictures on their website), and the staff at the inn was as well. I can't say enough great things about either and couldn't have asked for anything more from either. The grounds definitely left something to be desired. We had... more
