Our third time at this location, returning for the view, wildlife, sounds of Fall River, proximity to entrance to RMNP and comfortable accommodations. This is a older, multi unit complex, with many condos in varying states of being renovated. While an effort is being made to update the individual units, the age is becoming apparent on the grounds. While white... more

I planned my trip last minute so my lodging options were limited. I selected the Fawn Valley Inn because of its good price for the accomodations. I was in Unit 210, and it had a nice sized living area, queen bedroom, and a small day room where my kids slept (one in the bed, and one in a sleeping bag).... more

Based strictly on reviews from Tripadvisor, I selected the Fawn Valley Inn as my husband's and my destination for our 24th wedding anniversary. Upon our arrival, I thought the various buildings on the property looked nice/ok with an Austrian theme. I was rather surprised at the outdoor condition of our unit, however. The outside was outdated, with a need of... more

It's the closest place to stay at that entracne to the park. You can rent free movies during your stay (1500 titles). Walking down to the river and playing was so cool. Having our own grill and a stocked kitchen made our stay very comfortable. The fireplace, heated pool and spa weren't bad either. There was bottled water in the... more

I stayed in an older section of the Fawn Valley Inn. Although it needs updating, it was clean, roomy, and relaxing right on the river. Having a kitchen was fantastic. The management and staff were helpful and obviously enjoy working there. It was conveniently located en route to RMNP. more

My wife and I stayed there for a weekend. We spent abound $140 a night for a simple room with a kitchenette. When spending that much for a room I do have some basic expectations and they were not met. When we checked in service was rather slow, with the 2 employees more involved with the one phone call than... more

We appreciate this guest’s comments and we regret this guest had a less than satisfactory experience. We have revisited our policies and retrained our staff with the goal of providing every guest with excellent customer service.

We stayed in one of the first floor units in the main lodge. Those units aren't necessarily overly large, but they have everything you need including kitchenette and a jacuzzi tub. We were able to grill out on the balcony at night, and that was great. The Fall River is just below the property and provides a nice background sound... more

We have been sta ying at the Fawn Valley Inn for over 6 years. We usually go during slow periods to stay away from the crowds, but we made an exception when we had relatives coming out that wanted a relaxing place to stay in the mountains, next to a stream with a nice patio, and of course a hot... more

The perfect romantic get away. We try to get at least one long weekend per year to stay at Fawn Valley. They have a two night minimum stay most of the time and you have to take out your own trash and do your own dishes so it's not inexpensive or pure luxury. The staff is very friendly and they... more
