We were first introduced to this property by Vince and Bobbie Meyer (my inlaws). They had stayed here for years when it first opened. They convinced all of us kids to stay there and it has become a Meyer tradition. We have pictures of our daughters at age 3 and 5 in front of the cabins, and again at age... More

Our Florida sister was visiting and wanted a mountain experience to remember. We rented a cabin in Glacier Lodge where we had easy access to hike in RMNP, stepped a few feet into the mountain stream for spectacular fly fishing, cozied up for chats around the crackling fire, watched the elk as they meandered through our yard from the mountain... I chose Glacier Lodge after scouring TripAdvisor reviews and was delighted with the choice. We stayed in Arapaho cabin June 2014, and the experience of staying there was probably the highlight of our trip (along with the hike to Dream Lake). Apologies for the belated review. First, the setting: a very short drive to Estes Park's great restaurants (Dave's BBQ,... More

This is our second time staying at the Glacier Lodge in Estes Park in the fall. We love to come out and see the fall colors in the mountains and to watch the elk rut. Elk Fest is a great weekend in Estes Park, and the Glacier Lodge is in a perfect location to be close to both the city... More

I spent two full weeks at Glacier Lodge in Late September 2014. The place is great. The Staff (Dave, Laura & Erick) were great. The cabin was spacious and very clean. The Elk that roamed outside my front door was a sight to behold each day. The proximity to Rocky Mountain National Park made the mountain hikes easy and frequent.... More

Thank you.... be careful.... to much solitude and you might come down with "cabin fever" and never want to leave! See you next summer with the entire crew! Dave Ranglos, owner More

We had almost 20 people ages 1.5 to 90 in two of the Glacier Lodge cabins and all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is convenient to Estes Park and the south entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. Everyone in our group could always find something to do around the cabin since they're well stocked with books, games, and puzzles.... More

Very nice owners. Clean accommodations with some nice touches like Aveda bath products. The front porch of our cabin (sleeps 2-4) was right on the river. Larger cabins are farther away from the river. The bathroom was quite small and very basic. We did not have housekeeping but they will change out your towels daily. Complimentary coffee and USAToday paper... More

Wonderful trip and lodgings. We stayed in one of the larger cabins for a family get to gather. The place was like a nice hotel but with a fireplace and furnished kitchen. Great location to the Park and just minutes from downtown Estes Park. Nice compound - crossing over a nice fishing stream/river. LOTS OF ELK in the area and... More

Six women friends made this our home for three nights as we explored Rocky Mountain National Park by day. We enjoyed our movies and fireplace at night and the wonderful hiking trails close by during the day. The accommodations were clean and homey. We loved seeing the two male elk who came by on our first day there to feast... More

Loved this place!!! Cabin was perfect!!! Very peaceful and relaxing. We loved that there was a hiking trail right outside our door, and the horseback riding stable was within walking distance from our cabin. Owners were super friendly and helpful!! I loved how we were not that far from town, but far enough to be able to relax. Only issue... More
