Average resort, but with amazing views that were worth the $239 a night for five nights. However, the rooms were a bit dirty and not that nice. More like an older Holiday Inn & Suites. Won't stay at this resort again.

We stayed at the hotel for the first time last weekend. Views of the mountains from our room and from the bar/restaurant (Waterfront Grille) were awesome. The trail around the lake offered more great views. Food at the restaurant was surprisingly good and great value. Rooms were good, but not over the top. Service throughout was great and friendly.

The views are great, and the staff was friendly. Other than that there is no reason I would stay here for the 250+ cost per night. Understaffed. Sub par rooms. Little to offer for the price of admission. Location near quaint town is convenient. Must walk the trails and view the Elk crossings.

We (Five hiking buddies) reserved four rooms for 2 nights in late August. Our experience was disappointing on so many levels. First, during check-in we were assisted by a first day on the job front desk employee. Two of us sharing a room were checked in only to be told 5 minutes later, by the same employee, that we could... Thank you for the opportunity to be your event hosts! I am so pleased to hear you appreciated the natural beauty of our location. I'm afraid without more information regarding the specifics of your event, I'm unable to comment with an educated reply regarding your food. I do know that for every Banquet Event that we do host, we have... More

We loved our time in Estes and stayed 5 nights at this resort. The setting on the lake and facility were second to none. Room was very nice and clean. We stayed in a 1 bedroom suite. However the hotel service was very lacking for this price point. There is no concierge to help plan the day's activities and the... More

Booked our room in May - arrived in October and they didn't reserve what we requested. Our check in was delayed while they had to find a room. Observed 2 parties in front of us having the same problem. Felt sorry for the man at check in as this wasn't his fault. The manager should have been there showing his... More

Aside from the amazing resort the front desk clerk at the time, Kirtis. Was so nice and helpful! He made our night. I would certainly recommend this place. Relaxing next to the fire pits after a long day, with a nice glass of wine, surrounded by the natural beauty of Estes Park will definitely keep us coming back year after... More

Hi Aubrey- I am so pleased to hear you had a good experience with us! Those fire pits were just put in this past summer for the exact reason you used them - its a great place to wind down with a beverage and watch the sunset over the continental divide! We really enjoyed our stay at the Estes Park Resort. It is in a great location, right near Rocky Mountain National Park. Estes Park is not very large so it's easy to get around from this hotel. The room was a nice size, clean and comfortable. There is a restaurant on property. The food is overpriced for the taste. The... More

The bed was super comfy and the view is great. I really couldn't decide what I liked better: a view of the city, lake, or mountains... The resort had all three! It's so close to the Lake and my boyfriend LOVES to fish! He caught 5 fish during our stay. The Hot tube was super relaxing and I really appreciated... More
