Although it's not my first time visiting Estes Park, I recently went to The Waterfront Grille for lunch and what a wonderful surprise it was. The view of the lake from the restaurant is amazing, you start planning weddings, graduations and parties just on the ambiance of the place. The food was delicious but what made it even more special... More

Hi, and thank you for coming in for lunch! Our dining room offers views found no place else on earth - let alone Estes Park! Anne is absolutely wonderful to work with, and I am very pleased you enjoyed her serving you. Thank you for taking the time to let others know about your dining experience! I hope to see... More

Estes Park Resort is the worst place to ever have your wedding. They built a gazebo without informing the brides who had already signed a contract. When we saw that the weather for our wedding was going to be cold and raining, they refused to help us come up with an indoor solution. They actually told us our only option... More

Don't get me wrong, this is a nice resort with very friendly people but the room is WAY overpriced. We had a Lakeview room #306...scenery is amazing but the room is something that you can get at a Holiday Inn Express. TV is tiny and has 15 channels...beds are very uncomfortable. If I paid $100 for this room it would... More

Hello MetsFan- Thank you for being our guest! I was pleased to see you appreciated our views and our staff, but was disappointed you felt our rates were not where they should be for your experience. As one of the few full service hotels in Estes Park - while we are not the economical option - the services and amenities... More

Check in took forever. There was one woman at the desk who answered the phone and made reservations while guests waited to check in. Our room was large, sitting area and seperate bedroom. Two bathrooms, but one did not have a door which seemed odd. Nice shower, good pressure and soft water, but towel bars near the shower would have... More

We did not actually spend the night, although we wish we had! We attended a wedding reception there. The food was fantastic (not sure if it was catered or supplied by the resort) and the view from the room was amazing. They had appetizers set up just outside the reception room on the deck, which had a wonderful view. The... More

If not for the wonderful person at the front desk by the name of Sophia and a waitress, Anne, in the restaurant, I would have given this place zero stars. I was there to attend a wedding which was wonderful really only due to the event, the wedding couple and attendees. Otherwise, the stay was awful, so much so that... More

This was a pleasant surprise and probably the best place we have stayed in Estes Park after three visits in the last eight years. Since we wanted a Lake View room with a balcony we were given the only room that was available - handicap accessible. This gave us a lot of room even with a King sized bed. The... More

We stayed one night in a King room. Over priced - paid less at the Sonnenalp (5-star) in Vail the next night. Room was not vacuumed, common areas in hotel a mess. I would not book this property again.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. The rooms very nice, the view from our balcony was gorgeous. The reflection off of the lake was breath taking. We enjoyed the entertainment in the Lounge, but for those that stayed in the room, it was quiet.

We stayed in a King-bed suite in early September. It was quite nice but rather tired. Check-in was fast and the staff we encountered were very helpful and friendly. The suite was quite large, but the bedroom rather small and we had nowhere In the bedroom to put and open up our two quite large suitcases (we were on a... More
