I'm glad we stayed here. Only stayed one night but it was nice and clean. I was solo with small children and felt very safe. Kids loved the room service ice cream. Breakfast was ok...we were in a hurry and couldn't enjoy it as much as we wanted to.

Thank you very much for being our guest, and for taking the time to let us know how we are doing! A feeling of being secure is something which can not be overlooked - I am very pleased to see you felt this so strongly it was mentioned on your review of us. I hope you will join us again... More

The Estes Park Resort was our launching point for three days of hiking in July. Perfect location close to many, many Rocky Mountain National Park trails. The facilities are beautiful. The building is attractive and in great condition. The public spaces are well decorated in lodge style, inviting and comfortable. The deck is a standout feature with tables overlooking the... More

Thank you so much for being our guest, and for your detailed description of your experience with us! It sounds as if you must have reserved one of our "no-view" rooms. While these rooms are nearly identical to our other rooms - they really are designed for individuals who do not intend on being inside very much because as the... More

They gave us a great room with a terrific view. The only complaint is that the wifi is free but difficult to connect. The staff are great and they fixed a terrific box lunch for hiking. There are plenty of activities on the lake right outside your door.

We stayed for two nights in two different rooms. The first night I had requested a standard room with a lake view and instead they booked me and charged me with a no-view suite. I assume they considered it to be a no view suite, because we sure couldn't see anything. When booking this room, the guy on the phone... More

We booked our room 1 year in advance for a wedding. We were told the cost for the room would be 340.00. Even though I thought that was rather high.. They called themselves a resort; so I'm thinking it would be rather upscale. I was so disappointed when I arrived to find out our room was on a garden level.... More

Although we had rain----it is a beautiful place! ok rooms---food over priced---pool undersized. Nice people, employees from all over the world. The local Catholic Church is truly beautiful. The Tuesday morning "Yoga" session was wonderful! Local restaurants are many and varied. The resort is on a beautiful lake---with mountain vistas in the background. ( computers---for check in and guest use... More

Perfect service with an educated bartender who knew every question I asked. Jeff was perfect. Couldn't ask for anything more! Food was great and service was also amazing. Location and location. Awesome! Only advice would be to have better cable channels in the room with pay per view.

Our first room was in the lower level, after we had reserved a room in the entry level. Then we were put in a room on the main level, only being told we would have to move again. The help personnel was great in trying to accommodate us.

Thank you for being our guest, and I apologize for any unnecessary inconveniences we may have caused. We have 3 distinct different types of rooms - Ridgeview - Overlooking the Parking Lot, but also overlooking Lumpy Ridge, the mountain range north of Estes, Lakeview - which overlook Lake Estes and Rocky Mountain National Park, and No-View - our economical first... Hello Al- I am very sorry to hear you were displeased with your Expedia reservation with us. We have been communicating with Expedia over the years and thought we had this finally resolved. I am confused where you saw a "Mountain View" room listed on their site. Upon inspection of the room types they sell on our behalf - none... More

Overall, great place to stay. Pluses: nice, clean, big rooms. Sink separate from bathroom which is great for family of 5. Thurs they offered adult night out with free licensed childcare which allowed for us to enjoy a dinner at the great onsite restaurant while the kids enjoyed free pizza, movies and games. Also offered free smores around outdoor firepits,... More
