Just finishing up a three night stay. Would love to extend but they are sold out. I understand why! Loved this park. Staff is wonderful. Sites are a good size and some are right on the river. Lots of grass and paved roads. Close to town and RMNP. Will definitely be back!

There are a few campgrounds for Big Rigs but this has got to be the best in Estes Park! We did drive around and look at the other options. The other RV parks were dusty looking open parking lots. We heard that this may be because they have cut their trees down due to beetle infestations. This was NOT the... More

This campground is in a great location to visit downtown Estes Park. We arrived after the office closed and our reservation information was waiting outside the office for us. The sites are rather crowded but neat and clean. We paid extra for a site on the Thompson River. It is definitely worth the extra cost! The river is beautiful and... More

Great location for camping. Nice mountain view. Estes Park is within walking distance (2 miles?). Site was clean. Elk and deer walked through the campground in the morning. Quiet. Beautiful sites on the river.

Thank you so much for the kind words you shared about Manor RV. We have worked hard to meet the needs of those visiting. I am so glad you had a wonderful stay with us. We do make changes every year to improve the camping experience for our guests. With regard to the "cesspool" that was mentioned previously, it is... More

Having lived full time in our 5th wheel for nearly two years, and stayed in over 40 RV parks as we traveled around the country, I can say that overall this is one of the best we have stayed. So far we have been here for the month of June, and enjoyed it immensely. They have a great office and... More

We stayed at the Manor RV Park during the July 4th weekend. The manager was very polite and helpful. The park appears to be fairly well maintained, but needs updating. The WI-FI is very weak, to the point of non-existent. The slots are a bit tight, and not easy to maneuver if you have a large RV.

We are babies to the world of RVing. Manor RV managers were very helpful in guiding us through backing in, how to set up the sewage/water hose, the cable and attractions around the area. We thought that the price was reasonable, because we normally pay for a cabin at the Y for triple the cost of what we paid at... More

A decent choice for Estes Park. Pros: close to town, there are trees, paved roads, very clean bathrooms, cement pads at each site, quiet (no young partiers). Cons: poor playground area, close campsites (this is common for the area), full hook-up site in June next to the river $72/night. It's not really a place to "go camping" but rather a... More

Arrived after hours. Was immensely disappointed. Granted it was dark and had rained a few hours earlier. So, we set up camp and spent the night thinking the place will look better in the morning. WRONG! It was worse than that I had thought. My list of complaints: 1. Paved roads? yes it was paved, but full of potholes that... More

I am so sorry that you were not able to enjoy your stay at Manor RV, and that the facilities were not what you were expecting. We do have about 20 families that return every year for the summer. Our sites were severely damaged during the flood of September 2013 and although we have done many improvements to the sites,... More

Very nice, quiet, friendly park. The sites aren't super large, but I've had a lot worse. The sites are large enough that you can get some privacy and there is nice, green grass in between the spaces. Each space has a concrete pad. Sites were level. Pretty surroundings with lots of trees, a river, and a couple dog paths. Easy... More
