My husband and I headed to Estes Park over Labor Day without reservations anywhere. There were some places we checked out that seemed a little less than favorable, but we were referred to Tyrol and were pleasantly surprised. We were on the 2nd floor and it had a nice view, the room was HUGE. We found that we couldn't really... more

This is a very clean and nice place to stay. We stayed here multiple nights and loved the view, the tub was nice. The location was great! more

Did a lot research looking for lodging in Estes before settling on the Tyrol Mtn Inn. Wasn't disappointed, as it was convenient and very clean. Good place to eat is the Chop House, 1/4 mile east, and the Lake Estes Lodge and Conf center. Prices are reasonable and food is good. Unfortunately in Estes Park one cannot find a fairly... more

We were on the second floor and there wasn't an elevator but the room was large and very clean. Nice furniture and the view was beautiful of the mountains. Towels were thin and the pool and hot tub were barely heated at all. Breakfast was a jug of orange juice to share, coffee and muffins, granola bars and that's about... more

Estes Park was an unplanned stop on our vacation. Walked in the office about 7 PM and the manager offered us an unreserved family suite for much less than regular price. 4 adults and 2 kids slept in a room with 2 queen beds and 2 bunk beds. The manager was most helpful and the room was very clean. The... more

Really nice rooms, great views. Pool not very nice and the hotel is motel style but as base for exploring it is ideal. You will need to drive to eat. Dunravens is really nice. more

This is a basic 1960s motel. We were on the first floor; not much of a view. The big problem is that the people above got up at 5:30 am while we were planning to sleep in until 8:30. Floor squeaking, then a horrendous noise as they ran, then later drained, the bathtub above us. I got up to make... more

Honestly, the only reason this isn't getting a 5-star review is because of the temp. in the room! It was the middle of Feb, but the temp outside was hovering in the high 50's, low 60's. For whatever reason, the room was probably about 80 degrees! We tried turning the thermostat way down, but, nothing was coming from the vents.... more

My mom and I stayed one night at the Tyrol Mountain Inn in early October and had a very enjoyable experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was extremely clean (I wish I could hire the housekeeping staff for my house!) and the rustic log-style decor was very charming. We stayed on the second level to take... more

My wife and I booked the Tyrol because it was the only thing left without negative reviews in a town heavily booked because of a conference. We were leary but had to find a room. What we found on arrival was a very pleasant surprise. The staff was warm and engaging. The room was comfortable, extremely clean, and recently updated.... more
