My wife and I rent the Bristlecone Cabin every New Years. We stay for 5 nights. The perfect get-away and great accommodations. Clean and everything you need for your stay. Private, quiet, just plain awesome. We have been coming here for many years, and hopefully many years to come. Thank you John and Marcy for providing such great cabins, spa... More

My wife and I booked the Blue Spruce cabin at the last minute for a quick New Year's Eve get-a-away. From the moment we walked in we were blown away, by the cleanliness of the place, the quality of the furniture, appliances, hot tub, bedding, fireplace...EVERYTHING! The only thing wrong with the place....was that we only got to stay one... More

The cabins are nice enough but they have a "no visitor" policy. The owner gave us a hard time about having our nephew over on the day after Thanksgiving to play cards and eat with us since our nephew was away from his own family on the holiday. The owner was kind of a jerk to my wife and I... More

We had a wonderful stay! Enjoyed the hot tub, creek, and dinner on the deck outside and jucuzzi, large shower, and fireplace inside. Close to town and the national park. Saw coyotes running along the creek in the morning. We left cheese and crackers outside after a bottle of wine and had a huge raccoon run across the roof while... More

Fall River Cabins is really more like renting a condo, then renting a hotel room. There is no office, no daily maid service and no kids! This is an adult paradise that you go to get away. We stayed in the Blue Spruce. Since we only needed 1 bedroom, they locked the second so we got a reduced rate. It... More

I really don't like giving a "not so great" review, but I really need to be honest about our stay at the Bristle Cone cabin in early June. The website says there are two fireplaces, which to be honest, guess I didn't realize one was a working fireplace. My fault. The cabin smelled of smoke which my husband and I... More

We stayed here for 3 nights in the Ponderosa cabin. It was a large, comfortable cabin. The cabin was very clean and very modern! We spent a lot of time on the deck and using the hot tub that overlooks the river. We liked the fact that it is geared more towards the adult guest, and that they only allow... More

My husband and I have stayed at the Pinecone cabin at least 5 times in the last 10 years (most recently for 3 nights in June) and we love it every time! It's just perfect for us. Adults only, no visitors, right on the river, close to town and RMNP...we just have nothing to complain about! Parking is right outside... More

The Blue Spruce two bedroom cabin met our needs and expectations. The cabin was clean and was adequately and comfortably furnished for our party of four. Despite it being a little high in price, I will likely consider this property again for our next trip to Estes Park.

My boyfriend and I stayed in the Ponderosa for a weekend away. It was perfect! So perfect in fact that he proposed to me while we were there :) The cabin was clean, private, very homey, and comforting, as well as accommodating. I loved the no kids/pets/visitors policy, that made for a quiet, couples only getaway. We didn't have to... More
