My husband and I were blessed to have two daughters get married within 6 months of each other! As a thank you gift from the two brides and grooms, we were sent on a mystery trip from New Jersey. We followed the clues until we finally arrived at Paradise on the River - and what a Paradise it was! We... More

We had planned on only staying 2 nights and ended up staying a week! It's a small park right on the river and at the edge of the RMNP! Our first night was not adjacent to the river but the park manager moved us the next day when a spot became available. They even loaned us a bbq and gave... More

What a wonderful relaxing stay we had at Hallets Peak in July 2014. The facilities were very clean and decorated perfectly. Everyone from 50+ down to 6 mos. enjoyed it. The kitchen was especially well-equipped for cooking. The large deck was probably everyone's favorite spot as we could converse, listen to the river sounds, and watch for wildlife. The gas... More

We stayed in campsite 2 which backed up to the Big Thomson River. It couldn't have been more perfect! All the facilities were great. The staff was great from the moment we arrived, very accommodating and gave us tips for local places to eat, get fishing licenses, etc. The sites were a little close but the beauty of everything outweighed... We hosted our bi-annual family reunion at Paradise on the River in June 2014. We had about 60 family members from as far away as Florida and Texas ranging from 2 to 78 with half of those there being under 12. We rented Hewett Peak as "party central" and then other family members rented 5 of the other cabins and... More

We loved everything about this place. We stayed in the Fawn View cabin. The staff were really nice and accommodating. The cabin was very clean and comfortable. The queen bed in the bedroom was awesome. The view of the river from the deck was beautiful. The location was close to town and very close to the Rocky Mountain National Park.... More

Family trip to Estes was made better by our stay here. Staff was wonderful from the moment we pulled up; they were very helpful and accommodating. We stayed in the Fawn View Cabin and it was super clean and very well maintained. Grill, fire pit thing on the deck, outdoor furniture and right near the river. The kids had bunks... More

Last week, we were in Estes Park for a family reunion. We stayed at Paradise on the River - specifically, in the unit (house) called Halletts Peak. It was terrific. We had a full-furnished, fully-equipped house with a living room/cable TV, dining room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms plus loft, 2 bathrooms, private hot tub, wifi, and large covered deck with an... More

We LOVE staying at this RV park. The last two years we've stayed in their "Long's Peak" rv and it has been wonderful. We have three boys and we all fit comfortably in the RV. Next year we plan to stay in a cabin in order to have a little more room and the BEST view of the river though.... More
