I am glad I read the other poor review before writing this because I experienced a similar situation. However, unlike the other reviewer, we drove several hours to Estes Park to find our reservations were for September 22nd, NOT August 22nd. They had no room available for us to stay and we were left searching around Estes for a hotel.... More

We are very grateful you were able to find such wonderful accommodations to celebrate your spouse's birthday! Our regret is not having gotten an email address to confirm the reservation immediately after it was taken, as is our normal policy. We would have then discovered the error and rectified it immediately. The cabin in question had been previously booked back... More

We stayed in their darling cabins right on the river! It was so peaceful & we loved listening to the rushing river right off our deck. The cabins were very clean, had all the amenities & decorated so beautifully. I loved all the gorgeous flowers it made me feel like home. My family loved fishing in the river & caught... More

We came to Colorado to show our friends the beauty of this glorious state! We hit a gem with Paradise on the river! The cabin directly on the river had our friends mesmerized from the minute we arrived. They were able to see wildlife and breath in the abundant fresh air. We were close to so many things it was... Seating right next to the river, seing the little creatures crawling around like squirrel, humming birds, and more :) The house is great, owners are adorable, everything is available in the house. Just one thing, take your own car because there is no shuttle to go Around.

This place is a gem hidden along the river on the west side of Estes Park. We've been coming to the area for years, camping and hoteling at many places. Paradise is now our #1 choice for future stays. With its variety of accommodations from camp sites to cabins it can allow groups who prefer different kinds of sleeping arrangements... More

Fantastic place to sit and listen to the water flowing and visit the National Park from. Friendly folk and comfortable cabins! Rooms really are on the river and it is a small friendly place, really near all amenities.

We stayed in an RV and had an amazing time. Very clean, well maintained, friendly staff and owner. We want to stay there now everytime we visit Estes and RMNP. Downtown Estes is easily accessible from this relaxing atmosphere near the river.

This is a very nice place to camp by the river. Was not affected by the devastating flood of September 2013. Smaller campground. Staff very friendly and helpful. Some cabins to rent also. We stayed in our camper. The restrooms were clean. No fire ring for campfire, but not a bother to us. I think they have something you can... More

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the cabin we stayed in. We were totally relaxed by the view and the rushing stream right next by the cabin. It was clean, in good running order, and the staff was very friendly. Parking was a little tight, but overall it was a very quiet secluded area that made you feel relaxed. We... More

Although the cabins were comfortable with all you could require for self catering and a nice outlook over the creek. The park itself was small and quite cramped. There were no open picnic areas. It was also a bit further than walking distance to the centre of town - with only narrow road shoulder to walk on in parts. There... More
