We stayed on the first week it opened so I think they were still getting some things ironed out but it was a very nice place with an amazing room and shower and the staff was very nice. We had to leave early for a family emergency and the staff was very gracious. more

this place is the ultimate vacation! i was able to thoroughly relax as if i was at a spa...with the in room waterfall, fireplace, stand alone tub and walk thru multi-jetted shower. this was as great as our honeymoon only we were celebrating our 18th anniversary:) the included breakfast was equally great as well as our own hot tub on... more

This chateau was clearly not for children and they let you know it...not sure how you can get away with this form of discrimination but they have thus far. They don't want children to even be seen or heard. They micromanaged when we would enter or leave and the volume of TV we could watch! Very uncomfortable and rude atmosphere... more
