Butch and June are excellent hosts. We stayed in the Whispering Pines Suite, which was large and comfortable. The bath in this suite is quite small, but that was more than made up for by the room and the comfy king bed. We enjoyed our private deck, the swing and the table & chairs there. Being the only ones in... More

I would go again in a heart beat!!! The decor is as inviting and warm as were the hosts. I highly recommend this B&B for anyone looking for an experience and not just a cold hotel/motel. Loved it!!!!!

We chose the Kokopelli Inn primarily because of its location near Estes Park and the Rocky Mountain National Park. It is right on a state highway within a couple of miles of Estes Park so an ideal spot from which to travel into the park. June & Butch sent an e-mail a few days before our visit to confirm and... We chose this property solely on the great reviews. The reviews reflected exactly what we found. We had a great room with every detail thought through. The owners were extremely accommodating. They served an awesome breakfast including making the gluten free adjustments. A delightful stay for our anniversary.

We so enjoyed the solitude of the Inn and the warmth of our hosts, June and Butch. The room was clean, well decorated and welcoming, The wildlife was abundant . . four deer came right up to our deck. Breakfast was delicious and the company friendly and hospitable. If you go to Estes Park for a stay: this is the... More

I've stayed at the Kokopelli Inn twice now with 2 years between my visits, and it is still the standard with which I compare all other B&B experiences. None have managed to match the hospitality and care that Butch and June exhibited each time I traveled to Estes. First off, the food is amazing, and plentiful. My boyfriend has a... More

Very charming place. Not far from Estes Park. Beautiful mountain scenery near Rocky Mountain National Park. Butch & June made us feel like we were family members. My girlfriend and I will definitely come back again soon!

We have stayed at the Kokopelli Inn on two occasions in the last year. Last May we spent two nights there for our anniversary and this past Saturday, one night just to get away. We have not found a nicer B & B in Estes Park or Colorado for that matter and we have stayed at many Colorado B &... More

We spent two nights at Kokopelli Inn on the edge of the Rocky Mountains National Park and would highly recommend this B&B! The location was good, just a few miles from Estes Park, which itself is very close to one of the National Park’s entrances. One of the highlights was the near permanent presence of hummingbirds, attracted by the nectar... More

My wife and I stayed with June & Butch for 2 incredible nights in August as we set off to explore Estes Park. The rooms were beautiful and made us feel as though we were personal guests in their home. The breakfasts were beyond belief. And the nightly treats left in our room were the perfect thing to come home... More
