I've been here a bunch of times over the years speaking at a conference held here annually. It's inspiring and lovely and worth going to. Except the food is horrible. Consistently horrible. So if you go here, make sure you bring snacks, can sneak away to Estes Park (a few miles away), or rent a cabin with a fridge. Because... More

Our friends had their wedding reception in a large cabin. We booked our room online with the hope of being put into a cabin near the reception site. It turned out that because of the layout of the YMCA that would not be possible. I think that worked out for the best, actually. The complex is very large but the... More

My husband and I stayed in a two bedroom cabin with a fireplace. The name of our cabin was The Ozark. It had a full kitchen (except dishwasher) and even had stuff like a coffee pot, toaster, and tea kettle. I wish we knew about how large the kitchen was because we would have brought more food to cook and... More

I stayed here recently for a group conference and the accommodations were very nice. The entire YMCA complex is very large! The room was a basic hotel room with no TV, no microwave or fridge, but we didn't really need those items, although a small fridge is always nice for bottles of water at that elevation. The room was a... More

we rented a cabin in April. It was great. They were not very crowded yet and we felt we had the whole place to ourselves. We took part in the craft activities(cheap and fun) and went on a hike in the snow. The views are spectacular, the prices are cheap, and the cabins are well maintained. The general store has... More

YMCA of the Rockies has much to offer to Colorado! Beautiful location and lots to do. Friendly staff in all areas of the YMCA. We are from Fort Collins and I have a in home daycare. I like to bring the older kids in my care to the YMCA to let them know how special they are. Many children do... More

We've been going to the YMCA of the Rockies since 2008 - staying there each summer, the last 3 Thanksgivings, and even staying at Snow Mountain Ranch one spring break. We've stayed in a 2 bedroom cabin w/ fireplace every time but one - the other being a 4 bedroom home over a Thanksgiving week. We seldom eat at the... More

We stayed in a 2 bedroom cabin with fireplace. ( The Honeybee) We loved it and did not want to leave! It was so nice, we didnt have to worry about bringing anything but food. They have everything there, down to the coffee pot and filters! We will for sure stay there again. the only thing we didnt like was... More

Just stayed for two nights at the YMCA of the Rockies with 44 others, mostly high school students on a school trip. We had an excellent experience. The kids were able to gather together for meals in the dining room and play cards and chess games in the great room all while enjoying the fireplace. They were also able to... More

This is the third time that my wife and I have rented one of the YMCA cabins and we were extremely pleased each time. First off, the facilities, grounds and housing are impeccably maintained. The cabins are very clean and comfortable. All different sorts of activities available for all ages. Enjoy and have a great time.
