I stayed here last May and I have been thinking about going back ever since. YMCA of the Rockies is nestled right into the mountains. BEAUTIFUL views. I stayed in a cabin and really enjoyed the privacy, fireplace and ability to cook for myself. The only negative was the bed was terribly uncomfortable. Only a 10 to 15 minute drive... More

I was tempted tor give YMCA of the Rockies one more star, but just couldn't based on the room itself. The good: The location. Right in the heart of the rockies and a short ride from Estes Park. Woke up to see elk grazing just outside which is really cool. Beautiful sunrise with the sun peaking up over the mountains.... More

We stayed in a 3-bedroom, 2-bath cabin over Christmas weekend. The location was great and views were pretty, but our unit was not up to par: kitchen was yucky - very old appliances and not all that clean living area was very small bathrooms were dilapidated heating system was crazy - when the living room was barely warm enough, the... Awesome views, lots of fun and winter activities... Near Rocky Mountain National Park and the town of Estes Park. We saw a lot of deer and other animals. We stay at the Long Peak Lodge, one of many different accomodations that they offered. Was clean, cozy, have a beautiful fireplace in the lobby and 2nd floor. They have a sled... More

We stayed at Long Peak with our family of four for 6 days and felt just Wonderful!! Lot of young talent work at sweet memorial, especially Sarah! Lots of fun activities like sledding, ice skating, art & craft, short family movies at Hempel, complimentary breakfast, library, auditorium and many more. 15 minutes distance from RMNP visitor center, shopping center and... I stayed with 2 girlfriends in a 2-bedroom basic cabin, and believe me, it's basic (might just do a lodge room next time). But that isn't a problem! If you are staying in the summer you'll love the simplicity of this tiny cabin, but if you have kids it might get cramped because they won't have anywhere to play if... More

What a beautiful, fun and family friendly place. We met up with a group of friends for a reunion. It was perfecr5. We reserved a campfire for 3 nights so we could all meet up. We had a room assigned to our group so we could meet in there as a group. We had pizza night in it and games. Lots... More

What a great property. We spent a week here in a 4 bedroom cabin. Great amount of space and clean. We even saw elk from our cabin porch. It felt great to be completely unplugged. We enjoyed the mountain view and snow... simply beautiful! We also enjoyed the activities for kids. We checked out board games, played basketball and roller... More

Spent a week with family and we all had a blast! The news of the place are just beautiful. Be careful with bear activity when hiking the trails. A great option for a summer field trip with the family.
