Adam ,who greeted us was a wonderful and gracious young man, very helpful. The cabin we stayed in,I think ,lake trout ,behind the water wheel ,was lovely and spacious, with beautiful views were ever we looked. The river flowed at the end of the property and was seen from our porch and windows.the cabin was airy and clean with nice up... More

I am so glad you enjoyed your stay at Lake Trout. It is a wonderful location to see the river, watch the fishing, and enjoy the elk. Many have been lucky enough to see the bear who visits at night for his evening catch of fish. Thank you for the kind words you said about Adam. So glad he could... More

We recently returned from our 2nd family reunion at Trout Haven Lodge! It continues to be an absolutely wonderful place for our families to gather. The three levels allow spaces for families to have their own spaces, as well as gathering places for meals in the kitchens and balconies! The location is within walking distance to a grocery store, and... More

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience at Trout Haven Lodge with us. It is a very unique building and does lend itself to a family "get-together". It's quaint layout of the rooms and space is indicative of it's age. It was build somewhere in the 1930's along with the Tiny Town cabins. So glad you enjoyed... More

We are still staying this morning in the Aspen cabin which is one of a series of cabins on the river. It is a well appointed cabin at a very reasonable prices ( $ 130.00 ). There were elk about 30 yards away last night hanging out and grazing. The people at the front desk yesterday were very helpful in... More

We were originally going to stay at the Tiny Town Cabins but were told the water heater broke & were upgraded to the "Trout House". We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived! This 2 bedroom cabin had it all - great views, great location, fully loaded kitchen, and our own hot tub! We had a great time & were very... More

We found this property online and from our very first communication with the office they were very accommodating and worked hard to make our stay enjoyable. We had a serious issue come up with the room the first night, but the next day management moved us, made sure we were happy, and refunded that first night's cost (we stayed a... More

I brought my 12 year old daughter to Colorado for the first time during the beginning of June. We could have not made a better choice of where to stay. The staff at the Trout Haven Ranch are wonderful. Very nice and extremly helpful. We loved waking up every morning and seeing the trout pond and Long's Peak. It was... More

We did not stay here, we used the trout pond. They provide all the equipment and bait and only pay if you catch fish ($.95 per inch). Our 6 and 3 year old were able to cast and and had fun. They even clean the fish for you. Not a fishing destination for a sportsman, but great for kids.

I stayed three nights in a Beaver Brook studio condo and loved it! The studio was large, spotless and very comfortable. Awesome king bed with nice linens. The small private balcony overlooked a stream and had a gorgeous view of Longs Peak. There was a mini kitchen with a small refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. Unit #12 is the only condo... More

The title should say it all. We stayed in a cabin called Bear Claw # 10. The cabin was not clean the carpet is awful and the bed smelled and was hard as a rock. We cut our stay short and went home early because this place was so bad. We have been going to Estes for 8 years staying... More
