This resort is well maintained and our room 10B was a large spacious area with nice kitchen. Looked like it was new. We had a deck off the back over looking river. Management was friendly and helpful. Would stay here again without question.

My husband and I stay here summer of 2013 for 4 nights and I think will be back this year (2014). Room #15 was perfect for our needs, cozy and comfortable. the river was just few steps outside our room.

We go to Estes on weekend trips from home on the Front Range for snowshoeing/hiking in Rocky. I was looking for a place with a private hot tub outside and this place was very nice. Hot tub was private and facing river and woods. Updated and very nice rooms with a comfortable bed, couch. Kitchen (- oven) was very nice... More

My wife and I took the opportunity while Grandma was in town to getaway for the weekend. We stayed here for two nights in cabin #8. Mike was very helpful in pointing out places to eat and things to do. We ate at 3 of the places he recommended and enjoyed all of them. He also noted places within the... More

My wife and I found this place using Trip Advisor. We met Mike (owner/manager) and he was very helpful and informative. Our cottage (#3) was cozy and quaint. The gas fireplace kept us warm, and the outdoor hottub was about 2 steps from the front door. Nothing better than a hottub when the snow is falling. The kitchen was fully... More

We relied on the reviews on Tripadvisor before making plans for our visit to Estes Park. We selected Stonebrook based on the consistency of positive reviews. From the moment we called to make the reservation, we knew we made the right choice. Mike is a true professional, cares about his property, and caters to his guests. We stayed in unit... More

I highly recommend Stonebrook. I loved the fireplace and the private Jacuzzi. We veged out all weekend with only brief excursions for food and some shopping. It was awesome. We made use of the kitchen too.

Our room was wonderful: fireplace, Jacuzzi, decorated perfectly, kitchen, balcony, views of pine covered mountains and creek. Out host, Mike, was extremely accommodating and friendly. When we rose on our last morning there, it had been snowing quite a bit and Mike had cleaned off the guests' vehicles! I cannot overstate how pleased we were and are looking forward to... More

Mike our host was the best! Our cabin was spotlessly clean. We spent our first holiday together in cabin 9B and it was perfect. We could not have asked for a better way to celebrate a New Year! From our "cabin" retreat we looked out into the tall pines and could hear Falls River running below us, the fireplace &... More

Very nice, large, decorated cabin. I only wish we had a cabin with a jacuzzi. Right on the river. Management was extremely helpful. One disappointment was they had a coffee maker but no coffee, if your a coffee drinker bring filters and coffee.
