Beautiful two bedroom condo. My husband and I stayed here with another couple and there was plenty of room for the four of us. Nice small patio off the back next to a creek and two really nice hot tubs very near the condo's they even provide robes for the walk to the hot tubs.

we stayed in estes park August 4th-7th and our condo was amazing! we stayed in a two bedroom right off Thompson River and it was just perfect. they were clean, had just about everything we needed and was very, very quiet. the no A/C thing wasn't even an issue...we just left our windows open and that was sufficient enough. it... Sixta063, so glad you mentioned that no air conditioning "wasn't even an issue." For some guests, especially guests from traditional hot-weather states, it's hard to grasp that air conditioning is not required in Estes Park. But at almost 8,000 ft. in the Colorado Rockies, and almost no humidity, our mountain air conditioning works just great. And as you mention, having... More

We only had a day and a half to spend in Estes Park and I can't imagine a better place to have stayed. It was just my husband and I so we had the adorable studio right on the river. We were very impressed by how high quality everything was - and how nicely stocked the kitchen was. The deck... More

IwannaGOnow, you're certainly right that a day-and-a-half is not enough time to experience Estes Park, especially in the summer. Glad you were able to enjoy Beaver Brook On the River and our hot tubs. It is an amazing experience out there with the blue Colorado sky overhead and the sounds of the Big Thompson River rolling by below. Hope to... More

Visited Estes Park for three days of hiking June 5-7 and loved the location...closest lodging to the Beaver Meadows park entrance The two bedrooms were downstairs and very cool in June. We needed sweatshirts and blankets in the morning and evenings. My bedroom was VERY dark which I loved...slept better there than I've slept in years. My friend's room had... More

Hey there whirlwindgirl, so glad you enjoyed your stay with us in Estes Park. You mentioned our Welcome Hub for check-ins. We began our Welcome Hub check-ins this year for some of the reasons you mentioned … we’re better equipped at the Welcome Hub to provide guests with all the restaurant, attraction, and hiking information they need. Hope to see... More

I would rate this 5 stars except that I just prefer stand-alone cabins over condos. We took a short notice trip to Estes Park, so had trouble finding a suitable cabin. We chose Beaver Brook and we're quite happy. It is a great location. Very close to town but still nice and quiet. The property is very clean and we'll... More

Sounds like you found the hot tubs, large propane grill, and bath towels. One of the other property amenities that people enjoy is our river walk, which leads down to our riverfront deck. It a great location to read, or just sit back and enjoy the sights and sounds of the Big Thompson River rolling by. Glad you enjoyed your... More

We spent a week at this condo, 7/4/14-7/11/14. We stayed in their 2-bedroom unit. PROS: 1. Excellent location!! We were about a mile from the nearest gas station and small grocery store(Country Mart).. More importantly, we were about 5 mins from the entrance to the Rocky Mountain National Park. 2. Wireless Internet. With 2 kids, myself, and wife, we used... More

You’re right about the air conditioning … most lodges and businesses in Estes Park do not have it. I do understand the concern. I’m from Chicago where it’s hot and humid during the summer. But at 7,522 ft. elevation, Estes Park has very little humidity and the mountain air is wonderfully refreshing. While there may be a few summer days... More

The accommodations were comfortable and peaceful. We had a small patio that faced the river and it was very nice for morning coffee or afternoon wine - any time of day. The larger upstairs bedroom also was along the river, so it was nice to leave the window open around the clock. Be sure to pack along the bug spray... More

We have stayed at several lodges and several B&Bs in Estes Park and none come close to Beaver Brook. Beaver Brook has a great location, off the main road (Moraine), so it is very quiet, yet close to the park entrance. The Rock Inn is right across the street and other restaurants are within a few minutes drive. And you... More

We were in Colorado for our daughter's graduation and our granddaughter's birthday, as well as for our anniversary. The condo was spacious, in a great location, and was perfect for our needs. The Big Thompson right below our deck was a fantastic place to unwind at the end of the day. Beautiful mountain views.
