Enjoyed our stay in Crescent City, the room was nice the location was great and the breakfast the next morning was wonderful. The only things I was disappointed in was the hot tub didn't work and the work out room had old equipment that were so loud I couldn't hear the news on the TV while working out.

very nice room but the equipment (heater, toilet) was not up to par with other Best Western's I stay at. I did use my BW points to stay and was disappointed I could not get a restful night, to work the following day on a business trip, making the business day and return drive very tiresome, causing fatigue and wearisome... I stayed at this hotel for a week in Dec and I really enjoyed it. Every day was around 2 to 5 degrees Celsius and sunny. The hotel was clean, the staff were helpful and friendly, the hot breakfast was good and the first floor room I had was very convenient. It was probably one of the best (and cheapest)... More

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The carpet was a little dingy. The complimentary breakfast was good and plentiful. The air conditioner or heater was to loud at night. We will stay there again on our next trip.

Made one month advance reservation for King room in rear of property at an expense of nearly 200.00 and I am a Diamond member. Was given a double queen room, NOT HAPPY! Complaint made to front desk! We have given this hotel one chance after another. Lodging is a must since this is a business trip and not social! I... More

This is what a 3* hotel should be. Clean, well maintained, and reasonably priced. No frills, just a good place to sleep. If you are looking for large rooms, this may not be your best choice...the rooms were on the smaller side. Also the motel-style where you park in front of the rooms could lead to some more noise with... More

Was traveling from California to Oregon and stopped for one night in Crescent City. Hotel was very clean and staff was very friendly. Offered us a great AAA rate which included a breakfast buffet and free Wi-Fi.

We stated here on our way down from Oregon to Cali. It has a great pool, the rooms were decent and comfortable, the service was good, but the breakfast was not good at all. I would eat somewhere else. I believe there is a restaurant right next door that serves really good breakfast, and unfortunately we didn't have the chance... More

Needed a hotel on our trip up the CA and OR coast. We had a favorite restaurant in Crescent City and decided to spend the night there. We called ahead and made reservations. The room we were given was located upstairs in the back building. The room was OK, but getting to the room was very difficult. It required going... More
