We stayed in a king suite. It was HUGE and had a lovely kitchenette and pull out queen couch. Very quiet, clean and secure. We had our kids with us and they loved that they had a tv that they could control. The breakfast is at the neighboring restaurant and was very good. It was a buffet with ham, eggs,... More

When I booked this reservation the most recent reviews were not showing. When I checked on my reservation the day before I saw the note on the website that there was construction. I figured it would be no biggie since I was coming late and leaving early. My first impression when pulling in was not a good one. It just... More

This Best Western is a cut above its sister hotels in the chain. For one thing, they have a restaurant on the premises, so you can get a real breakfast and a nice dinner by just walking across the parking lot. The extensive breakfast bar is included in the price of the room, or you can order a la carte.... More

Stay away from this place unless you like over paying for a low budget hotel. The rooms were 80's at their best. But worst of all were the thin walls. You could hear every word your neighbors are saying and they are talking in a normal tone of voice. We didn't stay more than 30 minutes and left. I will... More

What a disappointment! After staying at a delightful Best Western Plus in Eugene, OR we checked into the Crescent City, CA version. Oh my! I was ready to leave as soon as we opened the room door - what a smell!! Terrible! Dank, damp, dark, dirty carpet, threadbare upholstery, tiny bath with no shower curtain liner. This is just a... I usually love Best Westerns. This one is terrible, do not believe the 'best western' name makes this place anything but a cut rate poor imitation. The walls in the room are so thin you will listen to your neighbors yell, talk, whatever, all night. The breakfast was exceptionally poor. The management allowed people to run and yell, through the... More

This motel was a disaster!! Even though they posted a notice that their establishment was under construction it doesn't come close to describing what we encountered. If we had not made reservations well in advance and traveled a long distance (Both by car and plane) we would not have stayed. A parking place was nearly impossible to find, our entry... More

Would not stay here again, room musty smell, plumbing stopped up, very low toilet hard to get up, handicap bar to get out of shower. Requested a plumber but never fixed problem. Cable tv fuzzy. When asked about the musty smell all they said was that is what we use to make the room smell good! I would not stay... More

Our room was good, not great and the service we received from the motel was good. I do think it is overpriced for the product received. Skip the restaurant even for breakfast. Can do better, lots better.

Very nice, clean, quiet. Staff very nice and friendly. Have stayed here before and was happy with it then so stayed again. Would recommend this hotel to my friends/family, and will stay here again when in the area. Putting on a third story, and was very considerate of the guests by not starting work until after 9:00 am.
