Crescent City is a fishing town. Not exactly a vacation spot. As such, finding decent lodging is a challenge. The Lighthouse Inn is comparable to a Red Roof or Holiday Inn. We stayed in the jacuzzi suite. The jacuzzi was large. The room had a fireplace. Michael, who was working the desk, was incredible. He helped us with local restaurants, and took a tremendous amount of time answering our questions. The continental breakfast was just that, nothing special, but it served the purpose. I would definitely stay here again. more

This place was okay, but hated having the bathroom sink & counter separate from the toilet & shower. It's very incovenient when traveling with others. Lots of good reviews on this place but I'll add my 2 cents anyway. We felt very comfortable just lounging around on the sofa in the lobby and chatting with the desk clerk.
