The room is incredibly, strangely spacious, with an electric fireplace. Breakfast was good. The inn is right by the highway so it is a bit noisy, but everything is very clean and the bed is big and comfy.

Being right on 101 we expected a mediocre experience. What we got was excellent service a very nice room, and quiet - even with the highway so near, a view of the bay and a very reasonable price. The next time I stay in Crescent City, I'll be back.

I didn't care about getting one of their view rooms because I was coming in very late for a hiking trip early in the morning. Could have been cleaner. I hate it when none of the drains in the bathroom drain. You shower in "human soup" when the drains are clogged. It is right on the highway and should be named, "Highway" Inn... though the theme in the reception is lighthouses. Disappointed for the price.
