Stayed here 2 nights and loved it. It was clean, comfortable beds and unbelievable view! Surroundings were nice with good restaurants close by. The views from the balcony were great, and you are so close to the ocean. I will definitely return if I'm in the area.

I awoke at 4:30 am to a ant infested bed. Not just a couple. Herds. Under pillows, on counters, in my clothes. I rented their nicest room . No manager on duty. Was told to wait till 10 am.I left, was not going to stay in there. No where to sit or lay without ants. I had to go find... More

We were advised by friends to request a room with an ocean view and were glad we did. The hotel is right on the water. A great view. While we did not eat in their dining room, the view from there was spectacular. Very close to the Redwood Forest National Park. About 3 hrs. from Crater Lake, so a good... More

Drove by here and thought, wow, must be a great view but probably very high in price. Not at all, we payed about the same as in other Hotels with AAA rate. Make sure you ask for the lighthouse ocean view, those are the best rooms, but all of them do have ocean view. We turned one night into 3... More

What a great view of the ocean! Beds were comfy. Bath small and older but clean. I know there is alot of ocean spray but could hardly see out the windows to the spectacular views beyond. but windows did open. I ordered lobster for dinner and as delicious as it was, it was the size of a large shrimp. I... More

We were very impressed with the view of the ocean from the lobby. The nice young lady at the front desk showed us a few rooms and let is choose one. We picked room 310, a balcony room on the third floor near the center of the hotel. The sunset from our room was amazing! We added on two extra... More

We do a fair amount of motel stays a year, we stay at the middle class property's $100.00plus per night. As some of the other reviews stated, the motel was a little out dated. The people at the front desk were not friendly, the price was way out of line for what you got. Yes the view was fine from... More

The resort is over priced and should be rated at a 2 star at best. The rooms are poorly furnished with below average product. The views are OK, but don't compare this to any sort of more luxurious hotel. The cable is bottom of the line and gives only about a dozen channels and even then, the picture is brutal.... More

I found this place quite by accident, but oh, what a happy accident it was! The lodge sits on some of the most stunning oceanfront I've had the pleasure of staying on on this entire trip up the whole CA coast. The accommodations weren't luxurious, but they were comfortable, tidy, clean, and very affordable. And simply put, you won't find... More

Spent one night and got a room with an ocean view. It was spectacular. The rates were very reasonable. The hotel is clean and the beds comfortable. We ate in the restaurant with mixed results. I had mussels in a wine sauce which was very good. My wife had a chicken salad but the lettuce was old and bitter and... More
