Love this beautiful boho B&B, it is not your run of the mill. Staff is fantastic, and very engaging. This place is definitely a treasure to be found, the views are fantastic, beds are plush and semi outdoor shower is very neat, nestled in the jungle with the frogs and birds. If you are looking for something different i.e.. NOT... More

Two nights was not enough to get the feel and take advantage of the beautiful large lanai with gorgeous view and walk to the labyrinth for yoga stretches. Dragonfly room has a small side porch that is private and the best artistic warm outdoor shower! Very fantastic even in the rain. Delicious breakfast, would go back to enjoy the wholesome... More

Such a special spot to spend a night or longer in the heart of magical South Kona. Host Will and sister Sierra are an amazing team. Will was the most gracious of hosts and Sierra creates a delicious light and healthy breakfast including fresh fruit grown on the property. The Dragonfly Ranch has multiple types of rooms to meet all... More

We had a wonderful stay at this unique bed and breakfast. Everyone was so welcoming and hospitable. The view from our room and the outdoor dining area were fantastic and the organic breakfast was fresh and delicious!

My family has been to this magical tree house B & B many times over the past several years. It is unlike anywhere else in the world - a little jungle paradise. The staff are friendly and caring. Breakfasts are super healthy. The owner takes evident pride and love in the place and wants it to be a home away... More

We stayed two nights here and loved it. The outdoor shower was great, and I had a gecko friend hang out with me in the morning. The staff was friendly and the food was yummy. If you like a predictable, perfectly clean hotel room, go somewhere else. If you want an experience you will remember and treasure (and don't mind... More

I booked this little paradise for 2 days and ended up staying almost 2 weeks! Be careful! You might be captured by the dragonfly spirit. I was looking for a place to write for a couple of days, but it was so perfect that I couldn't justify leaving. I started out in the Writer's Studio. Each morning I awoke before... More

We loved staying here! The Dragonfly Ranch was a highlight on our road trip around the Big Island. We stayed in the Lomi Lomi suite. Level with the tree canopy, and with screens for walls, it's like being in an extremely luxurious tree house. We fell asleep immersed in the sounds of frogs and rain (which is rare we were... More

If you want to truly feel connected to the island and experience the magic it has to offer, no trip to Kona is complete without staying at the Dragonfly Ranch. I stayed here for several nights and was very glad I did. Staying at a chain hotel provides a superficial controlled environment with air conditioning and a pool. And if... More

We came here for our honeymoon vacation. We wanted somewhere cheap and nice and after extensive internet searches, decided on this place. So glad we did our homework. This is an undiscovered gem. The place feels like a quirky treehouse with many beautiful details. E.g., our room has a suspended hammock chair with wind chimes -- when you sit in... More
