My trip to Hawai'i was intending to be a healing one and it started in the best place - Dragonfly Ranch. The staff are lovely, the setting is tranquil and the room I had (Dragonfly room) was beautiful. I had my own bath (with complimentary bath salts etc) and the bed was comfy. They have their own vege gardens, serve... More

I cannot understand how anyone would rate this place outstanding. We have been on the island for 2 weeks and all accommodations have been outstanding with this experience. There was no checkin, cobwebs in bathtub and room.some furniture was broken. Breakfast was good, only saving grace for the Dragonfly.

This was my second stay at the Dragonfly. I love it there. From the outdoor shower to the leisurely breakfasts with Barbara, Will, and all the others, and the sweet furry friends! It's such a place of refuge from the crazy world. I can't wait to return.

The Dragonfly ranch is an eclectic arrangement of private rooms in a tree-and-flower-filled setting complete with birds and singing frogs. Barbara and company are super friendly and accommodating. We were in Hawaii for 18 days and this is the best place we stayed without a doubt! A peaceful calm get away in a healthy atmosphere. Where other B&Bs served store... More

We just spent four days at this wonderful piece of heaven. Barbara is the owner and extremely helpful and supportive. She manages this resort and the big garden with a lovely crew. We spent just beautiful days and were lucky enough to swim with wild dolphins in the morning just a few minutes from the dragonfly. Snorkeling equipment is offered... More

Dragonfly Ranch should appeal to a very specific kind of traveler. It is built into the side of a tree and offers a variety organic and gluten-free breakfast options. Our room had hammock chairs. We did have to change rooms due to an issue with the lights, but the new room included a furnished kitchen. We did not take advantage... More

Love this beautiful boho B&B, it is not your run of the mill. Staff is fantastic, and very engaging. This place is definitely a treasure to be found, the views are fantastic, beds are plush and semi outdoor shower is very neat, nestled in the jungle with the frogs and birds. If you are looking for something different i.e.. NOT... More

Two nights was not enough to get the feel and take advantage of the beautiful large lanai with gorgeous view and walk to the labyrinth for yoga stretches. Dragonfly room has a small side porch that is private and the best artistic warm outdoor shower! Very fantastic even in the rain. Delicious breakfast, would go back to enjoy the wholesome... More

Such a special spot to spend a night or longer in the heart of magical South Kona. Host Will and sister Sierra are an amazing team. Will was the most gracious of hosts and Sierra creates a delicious light and healthy breakfast including fresh fruit grown on the property. The Dragonfly Ranch has multiple types of rooms to meet all... More
