Rooms are small but very attractively decorated. A small efficient kitchen is a plus. An issue with a non-operating microwave was quickly resolved. Room was spotless, air conditioning could be set to run continuously on fan so there was no "on-off" disturbance while sleeping. Elevators make upper floors accessible, the desk clerk at night was efficient, a problem-solver, and very... More

We booked this hotel for an absolute steal price for 3 nights on Hotwire during the second weekend of the balloon fest. The hotel is about 3 miles south of the balloon park and Sandia Casino right off I-25 on Ellison St. and behind a car dealership. After reading some of the reviews here on Tripadvisor, I was a little... More

I would not recommend anyone staying here purely as a result of my initial experience when walking into their office. My flight got in late at 11:30pm, I took a cab to the hotel (about $30 dollars) and walked into the office to find another couple and a man in queue to check in. They were being told there was... I am not really picky with motels in the USA but this has been the worst I ever encountered. Roaches in the room, broken toilets, dirty room, dog-pup in the hallway and a manager that does not care, that does not even come to the front desk to face my complains but leaves it to her employee to deal with... I was stuck here for 3 weeks while I looked for a home for my relocation to ABQ. The place is seedy, manager rude and housekeepers were thieves. I came back to check out after staying at my new home for a few days and the few things I left behind were gone. The manager said I had checked out... More

Came for just a night and for sleeping this is great but you do have a cooktop, ref. and sink so you are set for small cooking projects. Room is small and OK. Nothing special but at this price it's great. Girl on staff was very helpful. Little hard to find.

I stayed at this location for several weeks. The staff were consistent and always, always considerate of me and everyone I saw them deal with in the front office. Great place at a great price. They allow many different varieties of pets too.

Good for inexpensive long term stay but could be better.. Luck of the draw with neighbors. Bed comfortable but few tv channels, tv works poorly. Few restaurants within walking distance. Noisy neighbors

I reserved a room online on crossland website and got a confirmation. Upon arrival the front desk agent told to me that the room was not available. he did offer to call other sister properties in the area but none were available because this was during the balloon fiesta weekend. I sat in the lobby for a little bit to... More
