Hotel was good, brought dog and room emptied out into a courtyard that was perfect for dog. Room was clean and staff was friendly. Hotel is convent lay located right off Interstate 40. Breakfast was descent and included eggs and sausage.

This isn't a fancy place but it's updated, the staff is the most helpful, professional & kind I've been around for a long time. The building is older and in a older part of town but I had no concerns of our vehicle or our safety & they've updated the furnishings & fixtures nicely. We checked in quickly and were... More

Worst Marriott ever, was very loud, lots of homeless in the parking lot asking for money smell very bad in the hallway there was holes in the ceiling. The room smelled like mold and the bed was hard like a rock the tub was dirty and the water was brown and had sand in it. The desk clerk said just... More

Thank you for letting us know of your concern from the stay here. We did our best to make the guests aware of the leak, resulting in the hole in hall ceiling and having to shut water off to repair, creating the sediment in water once turned back on. We understand that it did affect your experience and apologize that... More

Really enjoyed staying here, easy to get to from the expressway and convenient to the area. Very comfortable room. Free breakfast was a good way to get on the road quickly the next day. Did not have a restaurant on site, which after a long day would have been my choice, too tired and stiff to go out.

Thanks for your comments here about your experience. We are very happy to hear that overall was enjoyable and look forward to seeing you again in the future. We are literally attached to the Crowne Plaza hotel, that does have a few restaurants on site. We look forward to serving you again soon. Justin T. General Manager More

Found this place last minute. Very nice place to stay if you want to be close to restaurants, airport and the major highways. It is a little bit of an older place but looks like they are doing some renovations some of the rooms. Continental breakfast and indoor pool. Average to good. Clean rooms.

This hotel shares many of the amenities that the Crown Plaza provides to its customers. This includes the fitness center, swimming pool and restaurants. The great thing is that you pay a lot less and the rooms are fairly nice. I have stayed at both hotels and you can't get a better deal than the Fairfield Inn.

The hotel is located off of I-25 and I-40 intersection. Just an aside, the frontage roads are somewhat confusing to navigate. Anyway, the facilities are well kept and clean. Check in was a breeze and the front desk clerk was very nice. The room was very and modern. The room was clean as well. Even though its near the highway,... More

I booked this hotel for a stop over during travels. My room was comfortable and did a good job blocking out the highway traffic nearby. The gentleman at the front desk was courteous and professional as well as helpful when asking where to go for dinner. I'd stay here again.

I knew we might have a problem when I received an email from the NEW GM. I had not ever had that happen in all the years I have been staying at Marriott. Had an issue with the drain in the tub and reported it. It did not get fixed properly. I had to complain a second day to get... More

Though my intent in the welcome email was to inform guests of our amenities, I apologize it gave you the impression that there would be trouble. We don't intend to have it, but when we do , as you experienced, they have a resource to report trouble to get it corrected and leave here satisfied. We appreciate the comments as... More
