There were some excellent things about the Hotel Blue. The location is very good. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was substantial (bacon, sausage, eggs, waffles, breads, etc.) and the coffee was very good. My only complaint was the parking. There is a gated lot that you access with the card that is your room key. The problem is... More

Have stayed at Hotel Blue for a couple vacations and they know how to take care of you....if you feel a little insecure in Albuquerque (and who wouldn't with the crime rate there) this is the place to be....they made sure the room was secure and the free paring lot in back was watched by security cameras....they also put out... This hotel is historic and was built back in the 1960s, yes, it is an old hotel, probably needing a little paint and new furniture, but the rooms were clean and the beds were excellent!! The room had many amenities including a coffee maker if you just couldn't wait to get downstairs, iron, etc. The mattresses are so comfy! And... More

Spent 3 nights. Close to downtown, on historic Route 66. Breakfast is served but no daily variety. Same food every day. Pool okay but no hot tub. Room was large and had a Tempurpedic bed. Room decor is dated but clean.

Traveling with family we booked this for two nights. While I was checking in, my wife waited in the car. The park across the street roped into a fight with the vagrants/homeless. In 10 minutes she saw a guy shooting up (heroin?) and two guys attempt to beat another with a bat and tire iron. The desk attendant kindly refunded... More

Hotel Blue is conveniently located right on Central and really filled the bill for our needs. The rates are very reasonable for value received. The rooms with 2 queens are pretty small but the ones with 1 king are roomy. The pool is a nice size and very clean with both sunny and shade areas, with grass and trees on... More

Our family stayed just one night. Our room with two beds was clean and comfortable, if just a little crowded. The service was good, as was the location. We would stay here again. It was great having a gated parking area as well.

My bf and I looove this spot. They give a musicians discount if he is playing with his band at one of the nearby venues (Launchpad, Sunshine Theater, several others), the continental breakfast is quite good, and everyone there is incredibly helpful and nice. There is great food choices within walking distance as well- everything from diner fare, Italian, and... More

Six of us stayed in the Hotel Blue for a week in June! We had a marvelous time and we're all treated in such a friendly, helpful manner. From the front desk to the shuttle drivers, we could not have asked for more. The hotel might need a little paint, but the rooms were clean and the beds were excellent.... More
