“Showing age...friendly staff”

Stranded in Albuquerque for the night (oh darn, there are certainly worse places), I choose the Doubletree to be downtown. While the hotel is looking a bit tired and the rooms are slightly musty, the beds are great and the staff more than make up for any short-comings. “Decent hotel in downtown ABQ”

We had a good one night stay passing through ABQ. We got a really good deal on Priceline otherwise we would not have stayed there. Hilton's have nice rooms and comfy beds and this one is no different. The people were all real nice. I only have to complain about the bathroom ergonomics. I hate the new trend in bathrooms... More

“Not again!”

Air conditioner was noisy. Restaurant dirty. Food bad. Shower head was clogged. Shower would not drain. Pillows flat. The only good thing was the shuttle driver from the airport as he was kind, informative and very helpful.

The staff is dedicated to outstanding support and care for their customers. I enjoy their hard work and professionalism. Everyone including the cooks and wait staff are excellent. Maria, Stacey, Rebecca, Michelle, and Carley are the best. Gus is the GM and knows us by name and makes sure everything is great with the my stays.

“Stay was excellent”

Trip to Albuquerque with Girl Scout troop reserved 4 rooms. Rooms very clean, staff friendly and helpful giving us excellent suggestions for places to take the girls. Girls allowed to play piano in lobby, given towels at pool and extra cookies. We all loved our stay and will be returning soon.
