The published rate for the period of time we were staying was about $90/night. I was able to get a Priceline deal for about 1/2 that price. Our flight was delayed and we arrived well past midnight, at about 1 a.m. When I attempted to check-in, the front desk attendant said that our reservation did not exist. I looked up... more

We had a dreadful experience at the Doubletree Albuquerque. When I reported the problem to Hilton Honors, I was promised a written letter of apology. After a week and a half, I'm still waiting...... I won't hold my breath. As mentioned in a previous reviews on other sites including this one, be aware that the place "stiffs" you $10 a... more

My husband and I recently returned from a trip to Albuquerque, New Mexico in which we attended a wedding. We have stayed at plenty of hotels during our lifetime and never experienced having several of our items stolen as we were at the wedding. Someone from the hotel stole 2 ipod shuffles, a 8inch portable dvd player, a jewelry case,... more

I made a reservation in August for an October Conference, then reconfirmed in September. When I showed up, I was informed that the hotel was overbooked and that they would "walk" me over to a hotel that was quite far away. But they, said that they would provide transportation for me from the other hotel to my conference meeting the... more

Standard nice hotel. Rooms were updated, everything worked as designed. What brought this up from a 4 start to a 5 star was the staff and the internet access. The staff are super-friendly folks who are knowledgable about the town and willing to go the extra mile for you, and the internet access is still free. If I'm ever in... more

I stayed at the Double Tree ABQ for three nights last week for work. Staff was very friendly and made me feel at home during my stay. The hotel itself wasn't the greatest. When I checked in they had ran out of non-smoking rooms and I had to stay in a smoking. The air condition unit was literally hanging off... more

We found ourselves in Albuquerque unexpectedly and ended up at the Doubletree. We were given an excellent rate: $79 per night plus taxes, etc. This is a huge hotel, about 16 floors high and is clean, attractive, modern, and well-maintained. I've never had a more comfortable bed. The location of the hotel is quite convenient if you have a car,... more

I stayed at this hotel for ten nights in August 2008. The hotel is not horrible but its also not a luxury hotel. The staff at the front desk could use some lessons in efficiency. It took me three trips to various rooms to find a room that was not occupied or had not been cleaned. The staff was young... more
