Staff is exceptional. Dining in the hotel is lacking. Of the three meals in the day, breakfast was best. In room dining is best option. It was difficult to determine the availability of nearby dining from the hotel staff.

We selected this hotel due to it being next door to the convention center, walked back and forth. Very clean and friendly. Breakfast, eggs benedict were very good. All in all, we recommend the hotel when you need to attend a function at the convention center in Albuquerque.

Perfect place to stay when visiting Albuquerque and Santa Fe. Great central location! Fantastic staff from check in to check out. Reasonable rates. Breakfast, which is included with the room, is exceptional. Dining room staff cannot be beat. Room was smaller than we expected, however that was offset by the spectacular sunrises we were able to witness from our windows,... More

Pink mold on shower head, tub didn't drain, called front dest, Carl from maint. repaired quickly & was a great ambassador for Hilton. Our room (102) next to fitness and pool, auto closer on door was broken and heard door slam into the wee hours of the morning (not much sleep). Front desk to remove parking charge, when checking out... More

Even though Doubletree and Hilton are well known names in travel, I was surprised the hotel was not better maintained. I realize it is an older hotel, but the staff do not seem to go out of their way unless specifically asked. The room was small and could have been cleaner. The location to the convention center was excellent and... More

The only place I ever stay when I'm in Albuquerque. Great downtown location, within walking distance to many eateries. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff warm and helpful and the location extremely convenient.

Guests are charged for parking, but the parking lot is inadequate, the spaces absurdly small. Guests were forced to park in unmarked areas, creating dangerous traffic hazards. There is no complimentary breakfast like Hampton Inns and others.

This was our fun anniversary night away from the kids, but we'll NEVER choose this hotel again!! Checked in, the lady at the front desk did not feel it necessary to smile even once, and she forgot to code our room key. We went to the bar to get a drink to take up to the room, and the bartender... More

I don't even know where to begin this review - I am conflicted - this is the Hilton property I stay at most when I come to town and have a planned trip back here next month - Truth is I am addicted to the cookies - this goes back as long as this hotel has been open here. However,... More
