We had several out of town family members reserve rooms with two beds well in advance. They were travelling in to ABQ to attend a family wedding. Several of the guest were forced to accept one king beds because all the double bed rooms were unavailable. The hotel staff said there is no guarantee on your room type, so I... More

Two days without a working wakeup call. Clock radio that had the incorrect time and could not be reset - This was a techno toy that required an ipod to use. Furniture worn. Room smelly. Carpet dirty. Restarant had all of the charm of a school cafeteria. Plumbing in room questionable. Staff argued this isn't my fault rather than fixing.

We had received two free room vouchers due to a bad stay in Richmond. We found out they can't be used at Hilton's, only at Double Trees. We have no Double Tree hotels near us. A trip to Albuquerque came along and we made reservations. We learned just before we left, when I confirmed our reservation that the voucher could... More

When I saw an insect in my room I called and the cleaning staff came to my room, and she took a photo of this insect. And then I was assigned another room. And the cleaning staff came with me to the other room, and when we opened the door we saw a similar insect on the floor. I was... More

We stayed at this Hotel for six nights, we were mixing work with pleasure. This Hotel makes attending the convention very easy, you don't even have to go outside to enter the convention, and on a hot day, that's a huge plus. We had flown in, and had no car, but this Hotel has an awesome shuttle service with great... More

The rooms were nice, the cookies were amazing!!!! People at the front desk were very helpful. The wait staff was overwhelmed though. Granted, I was there for a conference, but they should have had more people working that weekend because it took forever to get food. Which is a big inconvenience during a conference when you are on a tight... More

All of the staff was very helpful, pleasant to work with, and eager to help with any requests we had. The use of the shuttle was very convenient and the drivers were very helpful. Room was modern and clean and the maid service was prompt. The service we received from the hotel staff made our entire trip more enjoyable.
