This was a great hotel, great location near downtown restaurants and bars. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Location is great if you have an event or activity near downtown or any where close by.

We were in Albuquerque for medical reasons and under some stress. The efforts of the staff, not knowing our situation, helped greatly to make a tough situation much better for myself and my wife. Helping us to delay check-out until we finished our hospital check-out made it much easier to deal with our departure from Albuquerque. All went smoothly at... More

I normally stay at lodging near Old Town area in Albuquerque, but I had meetings in the downtown area and decided to try out DoubleTree downtown. Overall the experience at DoubleTree was good. I struggled a little to get my bags out of my rental car and carried into DoubleTree main lobby. The reason I mentioned this is that there... More

This is an average hotel with average facilities (would be nice to have an indoor pool), but the staff is exceptional and very helpful, among the best I have seen. The rooms are nice, the bed spectacular. I don't care for floor heating and cooling units and would like to see central air/heat which is far less noisy and doesn't... More

This was my second stay at the Doubletree ABQ. The staff was incredible. I ended up being very sick on the day of my arrival and spent some time in the bathrooms by the check in lobby. One of the staff brought me Sprite and crackers to help calm my stomach. They went out of their way to make sure... More

My wife and I stayed two nights at the Double Tree in downtown Albuquerque. Everything you need is within walking distance. Plus, your right across the street from Civic Plaza. The staff was very friendly at the Double Tree. The house keeping staff I was very impressed with. When we returned for our second night, our room looked like it... More

I stayed here due to the proximity to the convention center (there is a connecting tunnel) for an exam. The staff is very friendly and helpful, especially Debbie. There is a complimentary shuttle service, so I didn't need to rent a car. The shuttle drivers are very knowledgeable about things to do around town. There's a bit of construction going... More

Absolutely the worst doubletree I have ever stayed at. From the moment we checked in the experience continued to just go downhill right to check out. First we arrive and they check us into this tiny little with one queen bed. conversation. The room was outdated looking and in poor shape. The arm chair had one arm that was completely... More
