We recently stayed at the DoubleTree Albuquerque during a road trip. I got a really good deal on it, so I can't complain too much. However, if I had paid rack rates I would be extremely disappointed. The lobby is nice, and the front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms are okay, but none of the 3... More

This hotel was great, the weekend that we stayed they had a convention in town and the hotel was very crowded but it didn't hurt they're service. The restaurant was good as well as the service from the people behind the desk. Will be staying here again for sure...

I hadn't stayed at this hotel in a while but things have changed recently. The service and rooms were OK. I ended up bringing home bed bugs from this property. I can't say they expected the hotel to do anything about it but they could have called to let me know they were working on the room or with their... More

Stayed weekend of July 5,2014. The bathroom was not cleaned! There were soaking wet supermarket bags wadded up on the shelf underneath the sink. And Doubletree staff, you need to have your GM walk through the rooms and inspect the curtains. I don't even want to think what the unknown substance(s) were on our curtains. We were packed up to... Delayed wait times for room service; inoperable gym equipment; pool closed on a holiday weekend for repainting; housekeeping did not clean our room; front desk staff noticeably absent; no calls to service desks were answered; concierge denied shuttle service to restaurant 5 miles away; our room remained 75+ after maintenance "fixed" the A/C; overcharged for parking; customers were not charged... The hotel is located in a great part of town and not far from the area attractions. The hotel staff is amazing and friendly. The shuttle will take you and pick you up from anywhere within a three mile radius which is a plus. The hotel has a great bar and the food is really good. The rooms are nice... More

Get there early and crank down the AC or your room may stay warm all night. Check the bathroom early enough to insist on a re-clean. Our shower was filthy. Be prepared to pay for parking. This was an unexpected "surprise". The staff was friendly upon arrival. They offer a warm cookie which the kids really enjoyed. The free wifi... More

I've stayed here a few times over the years and it's not awful, but there's not a whole lot to recommend it either. Rooms are on the small side, but clean, and front desk service was pleasant and efficient. Pool area is almost laughably small and cramped - and the water was surprisingly cold for mid-Summer in the desert. (The... More

A nice and comfortable hotel in downtown Albuquerque across the street from the convention center. Stayed here for 5 nights. My room was clean and quiet. The staff were very friendly, especially in the lobby bar. Breakfast in the restaurant was very good. Wifi is free. Shuttle bus to the airport was complimentary. I can truly recommend this hotel for... More
