We stayed here for two nights in a 2 room suite and had a comfortable stay with a cooked breakfast in the morning. I would recommend this motel as a good budget option. more

On first look appearance everything was good. Our rooms were clean and got a good rate for the rooms. However, when my friend in another room pulled out her sofa bed there were old bloody sheets like someone had a nose bleed. They did take care of the situation and gave her a discount. There is a business center were... more

not very clean, not enough staff on hand. Sleeper sofa was not a sleeper sofa so we were missing two beds. Had to help only employee there to move a sleeper sofa from first floor unocupied room to ours. This place needs some maintenance and tending to and better service. i would not stay theer again. One positive - breakfast... more

Really nice hotel for a 3 day stay. 3 driveways from I-25 so getting around is easy. Hotel has three floors and two quick elevators, with ice machines near both. Very nice indoor pool and hot tub open from 6:00am to 10pm. Best of all the pool area was immaculate and did not stink of too much chlorine. Love the... more

This isn't a bad hotel, but it's not great, either. You definitely get what you pay for. We stayed here Oct 4 - 8 for Balloon Fiesta. The location was good, it was nice having a suite, the beds were comfortable (didn't try the sofa bed), and it was clean. The breakfast was basic but not bad for what you... more

My two friends and I stayed at the BW because they had rooms with two double beds plus a pull out sofa. I drew the short straw and slept, or rather, tried to sleep on the pullout. It was terrible, it was as though there was no padding at all on top of the springs, the mattress sagged and I... more

My family and I booked this place on line for our trip in late August 2003. It was awful. The rooms were dirty, a smoke detector was missing from one of the walls, the bathtub was moldy and the ceiling light fixtures broken. The hall we were on reeked of marijuana. The clueless desk attendant said he'd investigage but the... more

Stayed at the Best Western Executive Suites in February. Had my car broken into and all of my baby shower gifts stolen. When I spoke with the police officer, she told me this hotel has car break-ins almost weekly. The security cameras outside are just decoys, they do not even work. The staff through out this ordeal was extremely unhelpful,... more
