I always stop here when I am visiting Albuquerque. The rooms are clean and quiet. The hotel is nicely located for all my needs. Coffee and cereal in the morning to start the day! I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

What can I say? If you need to get away, or passing through Albuquerque, please stop and see the friendly staff at the Guesthouse Inn and Suites . Put this address in your GPS, 10331 Hotel Avenue NE Albuquerque, NM 87123. Their phone number is 505-271-8500. The rooms are spacious, comfortable king size beds, one of the best places to try... Clean and comfortable. Room 101 is apart from the general motel hallways. Very quiet. Comfortable king bed and pillows. CRT TV with lots of cable channels and good reception. In room wifi. Microwave, small refrigerator, in-room coffee. Desk with two chairs. Everything in working order. Friendly managers and an excellent cleaning staff of four: Hilda, Guadalupe, Rufina, and Maribel. What a wonderful hotel stay we had at the GuestHouse Inn & Suites. Albuquerque is such a unique town with so much history, we were lucky to have stayed in such a warm and friendly hotel. The hotel was very clean -which was important. The hotel was dog friendly which was a must this trip. The girls loved the stay,... More

We found this hotel by chance. After an unacceptable stay at another, we chose this one for the price on the sign. Although it was for a weekly rate, the nightly was not much more! They had comfortable beds, we got a 'mini suite' with fridge, microwave and table and chairs. Breakfast was comparable to other hotels with continental breakfasts,... More

Convenient location right off I40 at. Eubank. We like to stop at Sadie's East after the long drive from Abilene and Guesthouse is just across the street. Our king sized bed for 59 was clean and comfortable. They don't have a rolling chair which makes it difficult for an amputee. The only handicap room they have is smoking.

Found this facility while looking for a place to stay while showing horses at the New Mexico State Fairgrounds. I was very pleased with it. Upstairs room was quiet, neat and clean. Very functional. Due to show schedule we didn't partake in breakfast, other than to grab a cup of coffee.

All other hotels were booked solid! Last resort. Room was a polished turd and very dated. I have always had a fear of bed bugs. Laying in bed I thought I would look at the hotel reviews. (Should of before I checked in) ..This is after finding a hair under my covers and seeing blood trails on the ceiling. Was... More

I stayed here for no more then two hours and left because it was a pit hole. I had my kids with me and we went into the room to hear the people in the next room having loud sex. I thought by turning up the tv all the way would help and that it would end soon. But no... More
