We are both Marriott Platinum members and travel extensively for business. We've been staying at this property for pleasure for several years as we visit family in Albuquerque about 6x per year. We were very excited about the renovation a few years ago and continued to choose this property. However, the last 3 stays over the last couple months were... More

Dear KitKatDenver-Delray, Thank you for taking time to review my hotel. I'm disappointed to hear about your recent experiences because my staff is working each day to ensure satisfaction for our guests and in your case, we have failed to gain your satisfaction. I'm willing to do whatever it takes to make this right and I hope we get a... More

We stayed here for 2 nights for a basketball tournament with our 4 kids. We were in a rush to check in and get to our first game and the woman working the front desk that night (didnt catch her name, maybe Marissa or Melissa..something with an M?) was absolutely wonderful. She was very pleasant and welcoming. We had a... More

My family's first time staying at Residence Inn. We enjoyed our stay. Rooms are huge and very clean. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. Rudys BBQ, Blake's Lotaburger and Wal-Mart are just mins away and from the hotel and I-40 is easily accessible. Can't wait to stay here again.

Room was excellent - clean and spacious. Don't plan to have breakfast in hotel. But within 5 minutes walk - there's famous Rudy's BBQ - this is where you want to have your breakfast. And dinner too!!!! :-)

This is by far the worst Marriot experience I have ever had in my entire life! The staff was unfriendly, poorly dressed, smoking on site (at the pool), and rude. The room was dirty in all the little corners and places that weren't in plain sight. The doors were locked early in the morning, I had to stand outside for... More

For four years we've been stopping off at the Residence Inn Albuquerque on our way to and from Phoenix. It's a great place for our family. Super close to my kids favorite restaurant - Rudy's. Rooms are always clean and the staff is friendly and accommodating.

Wonderful! If we weren't on a fairly tight schedule driving from California to Maine, we would have stayed here an extra night just to relax and enjoy the ambiance. Our Suite 813, on the first floor, was warm and inviting when we walked in. It was spotlessly clean. The kitchen area was perfectly outfitted with every necessity you could imagine... More

We stayed here for one night on our journey toward Arizona. it was a very comfortable room with lots of room, including a nice kitchen area. We had an excellent nights rest here. The room was very clean. The breakfast has a nice variety of hot foods to get you started in the day. In like, the breakfast area was... More

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary weekend. The only issue we had was when we arrived the room was cold since the heat had been turned off and it was <30 degrees outside. It took nearly 3 hours to be able to get out of our coats but then it was just fine. The kitchen is very... More

I try to stay at this property every time I visit Santa Fe. The property is in a great location, about a 5 minute drive to the Plaza (use the back streets) and near Museum Mountain. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is plentiful and different each morning in the "hot food" area. Nice pool and jacuzzi. The... More
