The clerks in this hotel are very helpful and tried to find the best room available for me, the room is spacious and clean. But the breakfast quality is not that good compared to other residence Inn I've stayed. Other than that, this hotel is pretty nice.

We stopped here for one night. It's a two story hotel where all the rooms have doors that open to the outside- think apartment complex. We stayed in a 2 br/ 2 ba and it was great. Plenty of space, towels etc. it looks as if it's been recently updated- except for the carpet. It was clean, but two minor... More

We arrived and had a multi room reservation. We were in two separate buildings and the gentleman at the front desk not only allowed our rooms to be in the same building he put us in a more comfortable room for our needs. Breakfast didn't disappoint. They not only had the usual waffles, they had add on/ins. My kids loved... More

This hotel was the perfect location for a quick stop off of the highway. We got in late and left early but the rooms were quiet and the front desk people were very nice, as always the hot breakfast was wonderful. We will stay here again on our next road trip

I found it easily. Parking was ok. The employees were great! Very welcoming, friendly, professional! I would stay here again. I had a nice upstairs room -- quiet and comfortable which is what I look for. The breakfast was good. No problems or issues at all. I loved it!

Nice first generation Residence Inn. The room was clean, although it will soon be time for a renovation, as some of the furnishings are starting to show their wear. The "Market" was well stocked with a better variety than most RI's. My complaint isn't with this particular hotel property, but rather the poorly conceived "Mix" idea passed down by Marriott... Im not so much here to talk about the hotel. Other good reviews can cover that experience. I wanted to comment on the people who work here. We have stayed at this same hotel about four times now. The hotel its self is great. Any bad reviews are people just trying to stir up trouble. We had two specific housekeepers... More

This hotel is located at the back of a cluster of highway hotels that is relatively close to the old city and downtown. We used it for a couple of nights while visiting our son. It's not fancy and it's neighborhood is not particularly picturesque, but it's affordable and functional. The rooms occupy a series of tightly-fitted buildings, each having... More

I've spent the last six nights at this Residence Inn in Albuquerque NM (the one on Prospect Ave). I can't say enough good things about the quality of the room, the attention from the staff and the reasonableness of the rate. We booked the room far in advance so we did get a great rate. A friend of ours meet... More

Well first of all the front desk lady was rude, unprefessional, and seems way to young for this kind of job. She has not any customer service skills pretty sure you all are gonna lose some business. I asked her where Dolores was and her response was I don't know she doesn't work here. After I have been coming here... More

Dear Dllscwbys1991, I would love to have a chance to speak with you directly regarding your hotel experience because it's certainly out of the ordinary. I want to verify your stay credentials because there are several strange coincidences in your comments. For instance, the former desk agent you kindly mentioned, Dolores happens to have a significant other who is a... More
