The check in was pleasant and efficient. The woman seemed very willing and eager to make our stay a good one. When we opened the door to the room, it looked tidy and comfortable -- just like the photos. However, it soon became apparent that housekeeping had been lacking for quite a while. A vent on a locked door in... More

Dear PatM208, Thank you for taking the time to review my hotel. I apologize for the unsatisfactory room cleanliness you experienced. I greatly appreciate your feedback because my staff and I can use your comments to improve our efforts. Although I'm glad you enjoyed the check-in and the room design, having a clean room is critical to the happiness of... More

My husband and I stayed here with our three kids aged 5 months, 4 and 7. We got the penthouse suite. Check in was very nice. Marissa was extremely friendly and helpful. We stayed right against I-40 but we thought it was actually pretty quiet. Most of the room seemed clean. Modern feel to the decor. Our two older children... More

My entire family (wife, 3 little kids) and I stayed here - for longer than we anticipated due to a 3-night flight delay because of crazy weather on the east coast. We were moving away permanently from Albuquerque and needed a place to stay for more than a week while we finalized things with the move out of our house,... More

Me and my girlfriend were moving to California and we stayed here for one night. This is was the least favorite Residence Inn we stayed at during the trip (total of four properties). It is located right off the interstate. The place did not have a comfortable feel. Overall, it was not bad but do not know if I would... More

Dear Guest, Thank you for taking time to review my hotel. At Residence Inn Albuquerque, we take feedback from guests very seriously and we want all of our guests to feel comfortable. I apologize, for that wasn't the case in your situation. It's true, my property is different than most Residence Inns because it is the very first generation design... More

Well-kept townhouse style Residence Inn. Our penthouse was roomy and clean, and the pool was fun for the kids. It's convenient from the interstate, but the area is definitely not the nicest part of Albuquerque. There is, however, a wonderful BBQ place practically next door...Rudy's is excellent!

The staff was very nice, especially Dean in the breakfast area. He went out of his way to get my wife and I chairs at a busy time. The room was nice enough, but loud. Since I-40 is only a few yards from the hotel, we asked for a room facing the other way. Unfortunately one of our windows faced... More

We were very impressed with the staff and the property overall. Check in was quick and painless. The BBQ area and the pool looked very inviting. The room was huge and very comfortable. The bathroom was good sized and the shower was excellent. The bed was so comfortable that we woke very fresh the next morning. The breakfast was delicious... More

Our family of five stayed in a penthouse suite (a bedroom, a loft, two bathrooms, and a living/kitchen area) for 4 nights and it was great. The room was in very good condition, we were able to cook our own meals, and the staff were very friendly. Clean pool and hot tub, and also a grassy area where the kids... More

Located in East Albuquerque just off I-40, this Residence Inn appears to have once been condos. My daughter and I requested two queens and what we got was a 2-story condo with 2 master bedrooms, 2 master baths, full size kitchen and living room. The living room has a couch, chair, huge flat screen tv, fireplace, lamps, and a ceiling... More

My family and I stayed here one night enroute to the Albuquerque Sunport for an early Memorial Day flight. I'll be brief…Upon entering the room had a terrible odor that honestly smelled like animal waste. The carpeting was old/dirty. The room had dust dirt on the baseboards/doors. The highway noise was terrible and the ceiling not well insulated as we... More

Dear Guest, I appreciate your candid review and want to begin by apologizing for such a terrible hotel experience. I assure you, that is not a normal occurrence at this property and I'm willing to do whatever it takes to make it up to you. You mentioned the carpet looked old/dirty and that certainly is not our standard. We take... More
