Used points for stay. Would have been worth the full price. Our room was called an "efficiency" but was spacious with two TVs and dining area. Very good breakfast. Extra benefit is a good BBQ place nearby.

We were traveling and stop here because my husband had points to use. The room was spacious and clean. Very nice. the down side was the front door to our unite was facing the east and no parking. You have to walk between units to get inside. The bedroom windows faces the walkway. You have to keep curtains closed, otherwise... More

We got a nice reception at the front desk and were acknowledged for our Gold Elite Status. I booked one of the Penthouse rooms. It was really great with two bedrooms (one a loft) and two baths. It had a fully equipped kitchen. It even had a working fireplace. We could have stayed here happily for weeks at a time.... More

Dear JB88fml, Thank you for taking the time to review my hotel. I appreciate the positive feedback regarding the penthouse suite, indeed it is a unique room layout unlike any in Albuquerque. It's unfortunate you had the experience with the "sketchy" locals. As a proud native of the city and with my personal worldly travels in mind, I find Albuquerque... More

We are moving cross country and chose this hotel for our nights stay. This is an older Residence Inn but it is well kept and the rooms are very nicely decorated. The studio suite with two beds was perfect for our family and they are pet friendly which is a plus. The only negative is they do not have a... More

Breakfast was great, room was comfortable! Stayed here for five days to go to Balloon Fiesta. We also found the Petroglyph National Monument off of Exit 154, Old Town Albuquerque and the Maize Maze at the Rio Grande Community Farm. Had a great time and the town of Albuquerque is so clean. The only thing I would complain about is... More

We checked in a bit late & the front desk gal was busy & seemed a bit frazzled but was friendly. She gave us bottled water after our travels. We had booked 2 rooms but she had nothing close together so she suggested a penthouse suite which we have stayed in many RI but never heard or had a penthouse... More

Dear wegolfn, Thank you very much for your thoughtful review of my hotel. I appreciate the kind words regarding breakfast and the thorough description of the room layout. Indeed the “penthouse” room design is rare for Residence Inns as there are only about 90 of the 675+ Residence Inns with this lofted room layout. I’m glad you liked the room... More

We stayed here because we had a certificate for a free night. The hotel is located right off the I-40. Our room, which faced north, was quiet for the most part, but I can imagine rooms closer to the freeway could be loud because we could still hear the hum of traffic. The area itself is completely commercial—chain restaurants, stores,... More

Dear PhoenixRobin, Thank you so much for taking time to review my hotel. I will share your kind words with the staff and I'm glad you enjoyed your stay. It's unfortunate to hear you were not pleased with the neighborhood. Being so close to downtown and along a major crossroad, in an older part of town, I can understand your... More

We stayed here one night enroute. The hotel is very nice and clean and tucked away almost on the freeway interchanges. The bed was comfortable and the linens were fresh and crisp. The service at check in was efficient and friendly. The breakfast was good. We always worry about parking lot safety in Albuquerque. We were happy to see at... More

After 3 nights camping in a small tent at the Grand Canyon, our 2 nights stay at this Residence Inn seemed luxurious. Our king studio had a sitting area with a sofa, desk, and fireplace. The studio also had a kitchen area with full refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. Patio doors opened to a quiet area. An excellent hot breakfast was... More

Stayed for 5 nights and was very pleased with everything. Neat and clean, and the staff was great. Breakfast included was a plus, but 3 nights of dinner was just fantastic. Nice pool and hot tub also. Being so close to many attractions was definitely great. Only a couple of minutes drive to Old town, and not much more to... More
