Cyber Monday I used "name your own price" on Priceline. For $35 (after the $10 a night promo) for a 3 star near ABQ, we had a very nice, clean room on the 10th floor. We never used the restaurant or lounge, but found some good bargains in the gift shop. The hotel has a 24 hour shuttle but will... More

Wonderful staff, nice rooms with comfortable beds. The cleaning service was inconsistent with no shower cap appearing until a few days into my stay. Also there was some hair on the front bathtub ledge that stayed there my whole stay. Hairdryer was excellent. TV remote was so slow to work it made TV watching painful (even after I got a... More

Great check in service and value. The room was shockingly nice and very comfortable. Biggest flaw was that the room (11th floor) lacked wifi and there was no wired Internet connection! Bar area ties into the loby and looks awesome. However, Bar and restaurant service was horrible; 2 older ladies. We had to ask for service, drinks, water refils, and... More

I stayed here for 4 nights during a recent business visit and was extremely pleased. Service was excellent and rooms were comfy. Food was great at the Rojo grill and special mention of Ed sanchez, the guest services manager. Awesome views of the sandia mountains and the sunrise is a must see!!!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The most attentive to ensure our comfort was Frank Berged. The most welcoming was Lean at the front desk. She was the most informative of all our stays. We truly enjoyed Chris Cummings. He was funny and made us feel like we were longtime friends. We will be back!

We stayed here one night because we had to catch an early flight and we were not disappointed. The hotel has been renovated recently. The lobby is clean and inviting. The design is a sort of Javan 21st century experiment that is comfortable and interesting. It was very quiet and inexpensive. The beds were comfy and the staff was helpful.... More

While showering before going to the airport early in the morning, I had a varicose vein rupture and couldn't stop the bleeding. I hobbled across the bedroom to the telephone, gushing blood all the way, and called the front desk receptionist, who notified 911 and sent up two employees, Ed Sanchez, the Guest Services Manager, and a man who works... We stayed at the Sheraton during our trip to Abq to attend a concert. Had a great experience at the hotel....special thanks to Mr. Frank Berged who took care of us. Rooms were beautiful, clean and very modern, pool was clean and service at the restaurant and bar was exceptional. Will visit again and hope to see Frank again!! syg

The entrance lobby is beautiful, having been just renovated, but a few minor details of the older hotel remain. You can tell that a renovation has taken place, since the lobby is spankin new. The service at the front desk was excellent. I am not usually a complainer, do lots of traveling, and encounter many quirks in hotels, which is... More

I stayed here the night before an early morning flight. The property is lovely, the rooms are large and extremely comfortable and the on-site restaurant and bar has good food and drink. I have stayed at several airport Sheratons and this one is far and above one of the nicest.
