I stayed at the Sheraton Albuquerque Airport the first week of Ausgust for a business training. I was pleasantly surprised (I usaually stay with SPG up-brand Westin when traveling) by the quality of stay. while the rooms were nothing to brag about, they were clean, comfortable, and provided for a good sleep. The Tv was adequate with aevy of channels.... More

The place was clean, really convenient to the airport, and the staff was lovely. For a one-night transfer through I'd stay there again (maybe), but not for any longer than that. I was at a conference and there were so many annoyances: only two elevators, so long line-ups to use far too often; you could hear room noise from both... More

Business travel to Albuquerque and I spent at this hotel one night. The hotel is very clean with comfortable bed, I loved that they have makeup remover wipes in the room (since I forgot mine). Great food at the hotel restaurant. I was very tired after a long day traveling and this hotel was very comfortable to rest and continue... More

Stay here for two reasons only: you can walk to the airport and the restaurant is open for late dining. While the staff is very nice and helpful, the hotel is a wreck. Nothing works in the rooms - we had to change three times and finally gave up but the toilet was running and the phone and the thermostat... More

Stayed here the night before an early departure out of ABQ. I was given a nice corner room on the SPG floor near the club lounge. The room was clean and spacious and easy to get a good night's sleep. The lounge was well stocked and they set out some nice snacks during happy hour. Only drawbacks were the new... More

My gf and i were travleing across country moving from Chicago to LA. We booked a cheap hotel room at quality Inn because the night before in OKC we had a pleasant experience at Howard Johnson. When we walked in to our apt at quality inn it was out of a movie; dead bug in the bead, smelly, carpet stains...etc.... More

Not the most professional or friendly staff at front desk. They do not go out of their way to do anything for the guests. There was a foul smell on 4th floor. Cards didn't work after dinner- par for the course at every Sheraton. The server on the club floor was very nice as was the lovely lady who worked... More

Nice hotel, but terrible customer service. If you book a room, even if you pre-pay and tell them how many people in your party, what time you are getting there, they won't have the room you paid for available. In this day in age, that's unacceptable. Many other hotels allow you to choose the room you want, then they take... More

We stay here regularly when coming into Albq for a little R&R or an Isotopes game or just to get away from the weekend. The Zia Marching band festival is also held not far from here and is a nice weekend outing if you are into that sort of thing. There are lots of things closeby to keep you entertained,... More

Really pleasantly surprised by my experience at this hotel. Charging for WIFI in the room seems unacceptable in this day and age, and I managed to negotiate this fee to be waived. The room was beautiful , starbucks coffee in room, a decent sized pool in for pre-flight swimming laps, and punctual courteous shuttle to/from airport. Lovely meal and wine... More
