On arrival we were greeted by an enthusiastic and helpful staff. The decor is unique and very southwestern. The lounge on Friday night was filled with happy people and we were particularly impressed with our serving lady: Juliana Marley who was most attentive during the three nights we were there. All in all, the experience was most enjoyable.

Don't stay while they are busy, they ignore your requests and don't apologize for it. They were infested with moths while we stayed there. We were not impressed and very disappointed because everyone gave such great reviews of their service. Not the case for us.

Wow, this place is great value. The beds are GREAT, extremely comfortable. The lobby has a really nice native Indian theme that my family really got a kick out of -- they stopped to walk around it and take pictures with their phones. This was the second return of our group to the Nativo for our meeting. Sixty five of us gathered for three days. We used several meeting rooms, each space requiring a different configuration. Arrived Friday night. Very interesting hotel. Courteous staff. A little worn in some places but overall in very good condition. Hot water, good shower head, plenty of towels, coffee maker in room...secure doors, small patio, A/C worked well...beds very comfortable, plenty of pillows! Breakfast buffet adequate...staff helpful
