Rooms at the Nativo, with tax, cost only about $75 per night. The appearance and ambiance are of a much more expensive hotel. And it's ideally located for access to Albuquerque's freeways. It's about five miles northeast of the city's center.

this hotel surpassed my expectations. Hotel Tonight called it "charming" (I'm a sucker for "charming"), and I agree. Colorful, clean--at retro rates! Staff is outgoing and unfailingly helpful. Best of all, the chicken and beef fajitas at the Spirit Winds restaurant were outstanding--fresh and delicious. I'm a fan.

Over all the hotel and staff were great.. Even upgraded us to an artist room which was nice. A few problems however. First off the pool was very dirty.. All kinda of things on the bottom of it including food and gum, and secondly we were on the third floor and there was a table in front of the elevator.... More

My husband and I stayed last week and had a great time! The service in the lounge was excellent. The bartender, Natasha, was very friendly and made great margaritas! When she learned we weren't crazy about our room, she sent us over to Amanda "the Bomb" at the front desk who moved us to a beautiful mountain view room. Everyone... More

Good value and neat atmosphere. Not the best hotel I've stayed at but above average and worth the amount paid. Rooms are very spacious and have tons of room. Would stay here again if traveling to NM or through NM.

Needed to reserve a room for a family member that was traveling to Colorado from Arizona. Located right off the 25 this seemed to be a very convenient spot. I called directly to the location not the 800 number. Was luck enough to have Wendy answer the phone. Not only was she very pleasant on the phone handle the entire... More

We decided to stay at a hotel for one night for our 7th wedding anniversary. We chose the Nativo Lodge because they had a pool that was indoor/outdoor, a breakfast special, a good price and they were kid friendly! Well it turned out to be a great stay! Glenn was very kind and offered to do anything he could for... More

They were offering fruit-infused water at the front desk-when we checked in, Glen mentioned sometimes they have pineapple-infused water, and I said that was my favorite fruit. That evening, they sent up a plate of fresh pineapple for us! The most thoughtful thing I think I've ever experienced at a hotel. The location is excellent, near the Balloon Park and... More

Nativo Lodge looks very good when you come in, as it is decorated in Native American cultural surroundings. However, the biggest complaint is that they allow the pool to be open at 6 am! We were unfortunate to have a room above the pool, so on Sunday morning at 6:05 am we were awakened to screaming and splashing children. In... More

The staff is great! Tanya was happy and checking on us both in the restaurant and at the bar. It did seem that the hotel was understaffed. In the café the wait times were quite long and they often did not have enough cash to make change. Also, when we needed toiletries we called twice within an hour and no... More
