We decided to stay at a hotel for one night for our 7th wedding anniversary. We chose the Nativo Lodge because they had a pool that was indoor/outdoor, a breakfast special, a good price and they were kid friendly! Well it turned out to be a great stay! Glenn was very kind and offered to do anything he could for... More

They were offering fruit-infused water at the front desk-when we checked in, Glen mentioned sometimes they have pineapple-infused water, and I said that was my favorite fruit. That evening, they sent up a plate of fresh pineapple for us! The most thoughtful thing I think I've ever experienced at a hotel. The location is excellent, near the Balloon Park and... More

Nativo Lodge looks very good when you come in, as it is decorated in Native American cultural surroundings. However, the biggest complaint is that they allow the pool to be open at 6 am! We were unfortunate to have a room above the pool, so on Sunday morning at 6:05 am we were awakened to screaming and splashing children. In... More

The staff is great! Tanya was happy and checking on us both in the restaurant and at the bar. It did seem that the hotel was understaffed. In the café the wait times were quite long and they often did not have enough cash to make change. Also, when we needed toiletries we called twice within an hour and no... More

Pedro Najera... remember that name... great cook! The food was amazing. I can not say enough about the mans personal service and great cooking skills and techniques. This man can turn an ordinary plate of beef nachos to a party in your mouth he is THAT good. Front desk staff were pretty awesome. I think the lady that took care... More

We stayed for just one night. Upon check-in, Glenn and the rest of the front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful. When we went to our room, I couldn't help but notice that our comforter didn't look like it had been laundered. I brought it to their attention and they were very gracious and immediately brought us up a... More

The hotel has a good location, personnel is very friendly. Nice and clean room, comfortable beds. Pool area needs more attention, spa water needed to be clean, but the pool was ok. I liked the Fitness center location and equipment. I would stay again when I come back to Albuquerque.

Love the Nativo Lodge but, there is always something wrong. Their vending machines are always broken, as well as the ice machine which are only on 2 floors as it is. They do bend over backwards to try to make things right -- give you a pitcher of coke, find you some ice, etc. There are never enough towels, 2 towels... More

We stayed at Nativo Lodge on the way into Albuquerque and when we returned to depart. On each of the stays -- room was clean, rooms were good sized, good water pressure in the shower, bed was comfortable and room was QUIET (we could not hear our neighbors and the hotel was sold old). One time we stayed on the... More

A great Southwest experience. Beautiful decor. Location is great - close to freeway access and great restaurants on the frontage road between jefferson and montgomery on west frontage. The hotel has 5 stories. We were on the 5th and found it to be quite warm and the air conditioner not doing a good job. There is a coffee pot in... More
