When we arrived at The Nativo Lodge I thought we'd hear freeway noises because we were so close to it. We did not. The check-in was friendly and seamless. There is only one elevator which is directly behind you after you check-in. The back part of the elevator is all plexiglass so you look down to the dark lobby. The... more

This was a stopover during our drive from Estes Park CO to Phoenix. Place is fairly stock standard for a 3 star with our main issue being that the aircon. was somewhat intermitent during the night, meaning we didn't get a great nights sleep. Whilst everything else was clean & comfortable enough, I would try somewhere else next time given... more

I think the Nativo is a great place to stay if you're looking for something unique. In my opinion it doesn't live up to the hype, but it's not as bad as some people thought either. My main complaint is that the room I booked 2 months prior through the parent company Sterling Hotels and even confirmed it online the... more

I would not recommend this hotel. As soon as we arrived, we wanted to give our toddler a tub bath, but the tub had several hairs in it. As soon as they moved us from 221 to 223, this new room also had hair in the tub!!! It might have been 3 hairs in the tub, but it is enough... more

We really enjoyed our stay here, the place is CLEAN, nice, decor is really cool, the BEDS are awesome. I usually stay in The Hilton/Hyatt/hampton inns, but chose to change gears and stay here. I am glad we did, not to mention we had the most wonderful view on our balcony of the Sandias Mtns, I would definitly recommend this... more

Could be Okay, but several problems. We stayed here May 10 & 11. I booked it based on the reviews I had read and the photos both from the hotels sight and others posted on this sight. I thought it would be a nice introduction to New Mexico culture. Overall - Our first impression was that the hotel is much... more

The room was not as advertised. They did very little to accomodate us. They manager had a "yeah whatever" attitude. The food was good. We left after two nights and went up the road to the Hilton Gardens which was excellent. more

I've long relied on TripAdvisor to help me select hotels. I don't understand how this hotel is rated as high as it is among Albquerque hotels. The sweepingly high lobby IS dramatic until you look up at the ceiling and notice the ugly acoustic tiles with immense water stains. The acoustic tiles continue into the hotel's hallways. Other problems with... more

We found a nice, clean, comfortable room with great views. The breakfast buffet was simple, but it was really good. Make sure you try the red and green chile salsa the chef makes. For $99 including breakfast, the Nativo Lodge was a real deal. If we had paid more, we would still have been happy. This is not a big... more

When we checked in the staff took forever to to check us in. Then my father- in - law got stuck with a smoking room when they asked for a Non-smocking room! On top of that we ALL woke up with some sort of bug bites and rashes on our legs and arms!!!! To top it off, my husbands $... more
