Everyone at the front desk was very helpful and went above and beyond. The room was great for the price. Only complaint is that the pool was very cold. The room was very nice. Comfortable bed, good AC.

Clean rooms, really nice pillows, a fantastic super-strong shower. Really nice indoor-outdoor pool with lounge area and tepee for kids to play in. Our U-13 soccer team stayed there for a tournament and will definitely stay there again.

Floor not vacuumed, room not dusted, curtains are nasty dirty. The floor had wrappers on floor, dog food and huge dust bunnies under bed. The good thing, my wife lost the hardest cover on her phone, but because they don't vacuum, we found it when we can back to room.. Also some rooms don't have security latches on door.

This is the only hotel I will stay at when I am in Albuquerque. The Spirit Winds Café is a great place to eat. Heather and a chef work in the morning by themselves and I have never seen an upset guest. Everyone gets their food, cooked the right way, on time and the beverages do not go empty. Whenever... More

I have stayed at the Nativo Lodge a few times now, and all I can say is that the Nativo offers true value for the dollar. The rooms are nice, the pool is fun, and the bar is great. Dollar for dollar it can't be beat!!!

Location is the biggest thing Nativo has going if you are interested in being near I 25. It is also close to excellent restaurants and dining, and a huge movie theater just up the road. The hotel is ok, no real complaints. Not wow ...

My fiance and I stayed there for one night and after reading some of the reviews, I was a little scared. We waited a little longer than usual for check-in. The person checking guests in was a little flustered. There was only one guest in front of us and I am not sure what the problem was but it took... More

I enjoyed the Mountain View...I opted to pay additional for a balcony w/ Mountain View..I would have give this hotel a (5) star if it not for the apparent updates that need to take place::: The curtains a bit torn,... The hotel was lodging a ton of teenagers the weekend we stayed. They took up three or four whole floors from what the front desk lady told us, and the staff seemed pretty overwhelmed by this. It was not the kids' fault but they were very loud and crowding the reception area, lounge, and pool. As we were there with... More

Been hanging out at the bar since check in, the service is excellent. Sher, our bartender, is quick to help out and suggest a different twist on a margarita. She's a great conversationalist and was happy to tell me about the area. Definitely happy we met her!!!
