Was in Albuquerque on business. Found a coupon for $40 which included tax. Clerk found me a ground floor room. Room was very clean with a coffee maker. Nice bed with clean towels and a great room smell.

We stayed in 2 rooms with our 8 kids. We found check in amazingly simple and quick and the desk attendant was polite and helpful. The rooms were clean and beds were comfy. The rooms had the usual faults you'd expect in an economy hotel but nothing worth getting upset over. The breakfast area was huge and had a pretty... More

The first room we went to was a nonsmoking room and it smelt nothing but smoke. The floors were dirty. The air conditioning was broken. We upgraded for q family room which was not any better. We paid for 3 nights, we only stayed one night. One of the employees knocks on our door so hard and says we need... More

Stayed here during Balloon Fiesta, great price on rooms, but the rooms are in dire need of an upgrade especially the beds. It was convenient to both I25 and I40.

We stayed here for its relative close proximity to the Balloon Fiesta site. The room was dirty, evidenced by the stains on the carpet among other issues. They did not clean up the room unless you asked them specifically and the lock on the door was not secure. Breakfast was limited and they made an issue about not bringing your... More

Do not want to share review, but at the hotel when I went into room there was a Red Ant on bed and on table next to TV. I did not report to front office as I was tired and wanted to relax. I saw there is a small gap on bottom of door and think that's where they might... More

DO NOT book this location. I feel compelled to make sure others do NOT make the same mistake I made. My concerns began with the time of booking. I made reservations a few months in advance to ensure I had a room for the first few days of the Balloon Festival. I originally booked two nights. My confirmation came back... More

We arrived late at night. Keys wouldn't work. Security guard's keys didn't work. He opened it manually, telling us we just won't be able to leave once we're inside. Opened the door manually, and found another customer in bed!!! The hotel did not know she was in there.... talk about no-privacy/something went way wrong! Put us into hotel room w/... More

It was a good place to lay my head, with plenty of hot water, nice staff at the front desk. Great place to eat next door--The Range--the food was absolutely AWESOME (had dinner one night, and breakfast the nxt day). A few minor things: the carpet was nasty with numerous dark stains, found stains on the inside of the bedspread... More

Room was dirty. Carpet was visibly gross and sticky when I took off my shoes. We arrived late due to hours of travel. Too late to find somewhere else to stay, and I had already prepaid before our trip. Mistake. Woke up to find spiders and bugs. We left early.
