I was recently at this hotel for a Conference and needed to move several silent auction tables to a special locked room over night. the night before several of our participants chipped in to help me out. But on Wednesday night everyone was busy so my husband who had recent surgery) and I were moving tables. The staff saw what... More

We were attending the Balloon Fiesta. Old town was amazing, the hotel was very nice, the staff were very eager to help. The room was very nice, the a/c unit was a bit loud but I kind of liked it, it drowned the voices from the next room. I think due to the fact we were in a joint room,... More

I made a reservation online in April, for an October date, then cancelled it online a few days later. I received an email with a cancellation number. Then in October I received an email thanking me for my stay and asking for a review, along with a charge to my credit card for a night's stay. When I called the... More

Compact room with view to the Scandia Mountain range. We could see the balloons floating in the distance. The location is next to Old Town which is really nice because you can walk around and there are lots of restaurants to choose from. Also, the museum is also within walking distance. If you are energetic, there is a walking/biking trail... More

Quiet, very clean, attractive decor, large rooms, personnel friendly and well trained, and the price very reasonable. Great view of the city as well.

I put on a workshop for 25 people at the Hotel Albuquerque at Old Town (HAOT). Our organization and attendees were very pleased with the HAOT. All but 2 of the attendees were from out of town. From an event planning view, Jeneya Howard (Convention Services Manager) was great at customer service. We walked the property as we discussed details... More

Primary advantage is proximity to Old Town if that's a priority. Fitness room in particular is minimal - very small and precisely one treadmill.

This is a pretty classy hotel with (what I imagine to be) a very New Mexican flavor, for a big hotel. There are pleasant public spaces, nice outdoor spaces behind the hotel, good restaurants, plenty of parking and a very, very easy stroll to (through) Old Town. The staff was attentive and pleasant. The only serious problem was the internet,... More

We stayed in March of this year and the hotel staff and the dining staff were great. Our room was spacious and clean, we had a walkout balcony. Very quiet mornings and nightime. We loved the location-walked to old town every day to visit the little shops there, dined in old town for lunch -the pace of life was great... More

I was in the Hotel Albuquerque at Old Town for 3 nights while at a conference there. It is a very nice, comfortable hotel with good amenities right next to old town (2 or 3 minute walk). There are several cafes and restaurants within a 5-10 min walk. The lobby is very traditional and the front desk staff were very... More
