I called on Sunday February 8th around 8 pm to make a reservation. I told the gentleman who answered the phone that I wished to make a reservation and he put me through to an extension which rang a few times, and then a recording announced that the Reservations Office was closed for the evening. What kind of hotel won't... More

If you have a brain in your head you will steer clear of this hotel. The staff was so unprofessional to the point that I'm actually in shock at some of the comments that were made in front of customers. This place is overpriced, especially considering the subpar accommodations and rooms that are not very clean. If you want to... More

You really cannot pick a better location in Albuquerque - right next to Old Town and some nice restaurants. (There is a Best Western across the street, BTW.) The lobby was immaculate. Nearly every time I walked through, someone was polishing the floors, cleaning the light fixtures, dusting, cleaning the lobby restrooms, etc. I stayed for 6 nights and at... More

I was at Hotel Albuquerque in 2011 and loved my stay. I was there on business and found the accomodation very comfortable and had pretty much everything I wanted. The fitness room was a bit small and underequipped and the meals were pretty expensive, but it was a great base to travel out and about.

This is the right place to stay to be handy to Old Town, with free parking, no less. The room is nicely sized, the bathroom is great and the staff is very helpful. My husband is fussy, and he was more than pleased. To be a block from Old Town was key, and everything else worked out well. We drove... More

This is our second stay at Hotel Albuquerque and we would continue to recommend it as a great place to stay, especially for travelers looking for a super local alternative - one with great local charm and with an excellent place to eat - to chain hotels. The room was comfortable, well-equipped and reasonable. We had breakfast in the Cafe... More

My husband and I decided to stay here Christmas Eve. The desk clerk gave us a room upgrade as a "Christmas present." The morning of our departure, one employee chatted with me in the elevator on my way down to get a luggage cart. I had to walk across the long beautiful, stunning lobby to retrieve it. When I returned,... More

My husband and I bought a living social deal for this hotel because we had been looking to visit new mexico for a fun weekend trip. The hotel is nice and had some neat New Mexican decor. Beautiful from the moment we walked in. New Mexico charm in every detail. Our room was on a higher floor with a gorgeous view from our balcony.
