Hotel Albuquerque has an excellent location, with a short walk to Old Town. Other hotels have Old Town in their title when they're miles away, but this really is adjacent to Old Town. The lobby is lovely and the courtyard is as well. Breakfast al fresco was very pleasant. My husband enjoyed the whimsical paintings in the hallways.

Is in a good part of town (Old Town). Can walk anywhere. Never been to ABQ before, but by its hotel photos, seemed a bit prissy to me at first. But it is not this at all. I was on 9th floor, elevators speed up & down; never a wait . Great views of city and SD mountains. Staff friendly... More

Beautiful hotel lobby and outside courtyard area and the team that checked us in could not have been nicer and the housekeeping staff was pleasant and helpful. Only one small bump with the front desk and the pool continuously lacked towels. Don't expect a well stocked gym, the free weights only go up to 12 pounds. But with all the... More

From Leo in the restaurant to the front desk staff, banquet, AV guys, all personnel were accommodating and cheerful. Room 516 was cleaned and spotless every day of my 10 day stay. Our stay was for a convention of over 300 people with varying venues each day. The hotel staff was ready for all changes and without problems. Mike Gannon

We traveled to Albuquerque so that my future daughter-in-law could meet my mom, who, lives there. It was her first trip to Albuquerque, and I wanted it to be special. I'd rented a house in Old Town for the visit, and my husband and I stayed there the night before my son and his fiancée were due to arrive. It was... More

During a recent stay at the hotel the front desk staff were exceedingly helpful with accommodating transportation to the VA hospital. Matt went out of his way to both personally take me to the hospital in his private vehicle and to pick me up and transport me to the ABQ airport. I have been in the travel industry for 35... More

First time in Albuquerque and the Hotel Albuquerque, won't be our last! Great hotel, food in the Hotel was good, loved the patio dining, and the Blood Orange Margarita is to die for!! Within walking distance of all the Old Town sites.

Best of all was the housekeeping staff including the house keepping manager, Roxanne. After I arrived home, I realized I didn't have my connector plug for my laptop. Roxanne tracked it down for me and even sent photos. Because Amanda, the housemaid for my room, turned the plug into Lost and Found and Roxanne locating it, I will receive the... More

We were only here 1 night, but if I am ever back in Albuquerque this is where I will stay. The only problem I had was parking. There was a wedding and a class reunion the day I was here so parking was limited. We were on the 10th floor, overlooking old town. This was a great view. I enjoyed... More

I was impressed with the layout and size of this hotel, as I was mainly there for a conference. And I was very pleased overall and would recommend. It is not the newest hotel around, but has class and charming surroundings. We did find that our room was inconsistently supplied (not enough cups, no to-go cups, etc) and there is... More
