We had stayed two nights in a very nice Ramada Inn in Kingman before arriving in Albuquerque so were expecting the same quality. However, we were told they had just switched from being a Howard Johnson motel to a Ramada and were in the process.of fixing the place up. Bathroom looked cruddy where the walls met the floor. First of all, made my call to a La Quinta as we needed a pet friendly hotel. After calling for directions because I couldn't find them, seems they had changed their name to Howard Johnson. The sign in the lobby said they were remodeling and would soon be a Ramada Inn. I don't know who to call to ask for... More

Bathtub had latex based paint. That was peeling and caused service animal all. They tried blaming it on my dogs. But they were in kennels.they used sheets a duvets . The front desk clerk Karen or Kari instead of speaking to me was yelling at me. Horrible customer service. Want 90 for pet fees. Wasn't clean, we cleaned the room.... More

Just off exit 165 on I-40 Older property now seemly in transition. We had a coupon for $59. We were in a secondary building in back.Beds were OK and clean.
