We needed to stay in Albuquerque for one night on the way to Santa Fe for the opera. Friends suggested the Andaluz. Sounded good. We are fans of historic hotels and are ready to put up with the little creaks and quirks that often attend them. Nothing creaky about this early Hilton hotel, built in 1939 by New Mexico native... We only stayed one night but I can't wait to go back and stay longer. The lobby is really cool. The restaurant and bar expensive but nice. Staff very nice and helpful. Room very clean and modern. Bed comfortable. Bathroom very big and I loved the shampoo/conditioner/soap/lotions. Good location walking distance to many bars / restaurants. Thumbs up!

we hosted an event (our 10th annual) for about 60 Antiques Roadshow staff and appraisers at Hotel Andaluz because the Hyatt in Albuquerque, where we were staying, was unwilling to accommodate us. The staff at Andaluz, including Yvette Padilla (who managed our affair), Jeremy (who was the point man for over 8 hours, overseeing the entire evening), and the gracious... More

Place is a rich combination of historical and ultra contemporary style. Food was amazing. Service was excellent, especially our valet Jon Tran. This is the kind of service you expect from a high-end hotel in a major metropolitan city. It is the best hotel in Albuquerque.

I have stayed here a few times for work and pleasure and each time I am reminded how this is one of my favorites. The location is great. The staff is great. And the accomodations are spectacular from the authentic southwest lobby design to the modern guest room comforts. Hortencia and her front office staff are top notch.

Hotel Andaluz was the perfect little gem to be discovered in Albuquerque. Their rooftop bar was amazing with the waterfall and the tapas were delicious! I would definitely stay here again for a weekend getaway!

The Hotel Andaluz is an amazing hotel in downtown Albuquerque. Both historic and LEED certified, it offers a wonderful blend of old and new. The Casbahs are a great place to hang out and enjoy tapas and local beer, and the upstairs, outdoor bar is also fun. The staff is super friendly and helpful, and our meeting space in the... More

As a 3rd party meeting planner, I wanted to share a recent experience where this hotel understands the meaning of partnership. My client used another event planner in Albuquerque back in 2012, leaving the client with apprehension and trust on service up until the final days leading to the conference. I shared my concerns with the Hotel Andaluz staff as... More

Andaluz is a very stylish property right on the corner of Downtown Albuquerque. It is easily accessible from I-25, and provides immediate access to the downtown nightlife, movie theater and restaurants. The staff was very accommodating and cheerful, and worked hard to fill any needs. They were always available for any request, and the valet was very responsive. I recommend... More

I travel quite often to ABQ for business and try to always combine this with pleasure. That's exactly what I got at The Hotel Andaluz. Upon arrival, I was immediately in awe of the gorgeous and expansive lobby-lounge. Wow. Look UP! The ornate and towering ceiling and carved wood beams bring you back to another era when things were done... More
