From the moment I checked in I knew the staff were going o be friendly. The receptionist Kay was super taking caring of every thing. Got you into a happy mood. My room was great and clean. The waiters in the dining room were attentive and knew their specials an how they were cooked. Was impressed with the chef visiting... More

We found the hotel to be modern but with a lot of character. If you are looking for a more business type hotel, the Hyatt is likely a better choice, but we were combining business and fun, and this worked for us. Internet was fast, beds were comfy, room was quiet. A few issues: Water pressure is weak---a trickle came... More

We truly appreciate the time you took to review our hotel, and thank you for letting us know there were issues during your stay. We are a Gold LEED Certified hotel, so we do try to reserve water but make up for it with innovative shower heads that use air and water to create more pressure. The solar panels on... More

I spent a delightful week at the Hotel Andaluz in Albuquerque. Other than the tasteful period decor and central downtown location, the hotel's heart and soul of the hotel was the staff. Everyone I met was helpful and courteous, but the first staff person I encountered, Jacqueline Canales, set the tone for a great week in New Mexico. Jacqueline was... More

I highly recommend staying at the Andaluz Hotel in downtown Albuquerque, NM. It's a small city so freeways are so close and it's a central location for many of the tourist sites. The level of service and hospitality is like no other hotel we've stayed at. From the minute you are seated at a reception desk to the restaurant, car... More

This is the only hotel that I stay at when I am in Albuquerque for business. The staff is amazing. I had a handicap shower that over flowed but the staff had it cleaned up prior to me getting back from my clients office. They even got me a bigger and better room which I really loved. I will be... I chose this hotel because of proximity to work. I travel frequently for business purposes. This hotel far exceeded my expectations. Friendly staff, wonderful food, unusual decor and complete comfort. I look forward to my next visit and hope to come back with my family for a more complete experience.

I recently organized a reception for about 20 people at the Hotel Andaluz in one of their living-room-like "Casbah" rooms, catered by their restaurant Mas - Tapas y Vino. Everything was efficiently handled, and the food was terrific. Our server for the evening was Lauren Cole, who did a wonderful job taking care of us all. She and all the... More

I stayed in Albuquerque for the first time last week and chose Hotel Andaluz solely on the website photos. They are quite accurate. This is an older hotel that has been beautifully renovated. It has a very social atmosphere, and an exceedingly accommodating staff. The restaurant has excellent and unique menus choices and room service too. Absolutely first rate everything... More

We just spent a delightful 3 1/2 hours eating dinner in a private "casbah" at Hotel Andaluz, a surprisingly luxurious hotel within easy walking distance of the Amtrak station in Albuquerque. The food is sensuous, the cuisine of Spain and Morocco. It was so relaxing. We started out with cocktails. Mine was blood orange sangria. Bob had something called the... More

I just stayed here for 2 nights for my sister's wedding and she could not have picked a better hotel. The hotel itself is beautifully restored, with an impressive lobby, and lovely rooms. I had a queen room, which was a little small, but I was alone in the room, so it was perfect for me. The bathroom is compact,... More
