Beautiful hotel. Absolutely! We had dinner at the restaurant in MAS and enjoyed Paella and Tapas. Many different dishes to choose from. ALL delicious and a very good waiter named Benjamin. Highly recommend. Special little rooms for small groups. All individually designed. We sat in the lobby for awhile and saw a family in one room and a young couple... More

Hotel Andaluz is located downtown ABQ. 2 blocks from Amtrak & Railrunner. Bus stops 1 block away. Fantastic Spanish, Moorish design & décor. Large rooms, great bathrooms, excellent bed. Roof top bar, great dining room & food. Best 2 nights we ever had in ABQ. We highly recommend. We definitely got our money's worth. steve san diego

From the moment you arrive the level of service here in this hotel is noteworthy. The valet staff, the bell captain and the front desk all greet you in a courteous way and offer helpful suggestions. The lobby is beautifully done and there is live music some nights. I was in a Sandia Corner room (no 714) and the views... More

I've never, ever been told when checking in that my room was given to another party who decided to stay an extra night even though the hotel was sold out! Of course I had a confirmed reservation and was checking in 30 minutes before check-in time officially started. I asked if that was their "policy." They never answered that question.... More

I love everything about Hotel Andaluz. So many thoughtful touches, like potpourri in the hallways. The restaurant is fantastic. The only reason it doesn't get five stars is that after my last stay (a few months ago) I noticed a billing error and fixing the mistake was oddly painful - the same staff that were extraordinarily helpful while I was... It took me about a dozen business trips to Albuquerque before I found this hotel, but I'm glad I did. I travel monthly to Albuquerque and have stayed at a handful of the usual chain hotels both near and far from the airport. A few months back my wife travelled out with me and we ate at the rooftop tapas... More

Dear James Z, Thank you for your recent stay and review of our hotel. We are happy to hear that you discovered our downtown historic property during your recent trips to the Duke City. This is a stylishly renovated historic boutique hotel located in downtown ABQ near 2nd street and Central. The lobby has been remodeled and provided with romantic side cubbies where you can enjoy a glass of wine and tapas with friends. Our room was large and comfortable, and we were delighted that the hotel honored my request for a 7th floor... More

When we checked into our room we immediately noticed that the bathroom was smaller than as pictured and we wanted a double vanity. We went back down to the front desk and told them our concerns and they immediately upgraded us (at no charge) to a larger room that was available and fit our needs perfectly. We used the valet... This hotel is great. I received great service throughout my stay. The check-in area was rather small but I received prompt service. The room was very clean and well decorated. The room did not come with a coffee maker but when I called they brought me one immediately. I loved the soaps and shampoos in the room as well. They... More

This quaint little boutique hotel (the fourth Hilton Hotel ever built, but exquisitely updated) leaves one with a sense of satisfaction from having had an experience, not just a hotel. Upon entering, you are truly welcomed by the staff as you register. The lobby feels historic with its Spanish "flavor" and private rooms off to the side. The rooms were... More
