Hotel Andaluz is a nice, historical hotel located in downtown Albuquerque. The staff was always friendly. Unfortunately, the room number written on the card-key jacket was incorrect, much to the surprise of the gentleman occupying that room. Our wake-up call and the taxi reservation we requested for our departure were both overlooked. Our room was rather small.

We arrived late in the evening to the hotel, the valet parking and help with the luggage was available and very helpful. Check-in is done in a room with desks instead of at a barricaded counter. Interior design is beautiful and old-world. Rooms were well appointed, furnished with excellent furniture and modern baths. Had breakfast at the restaurant at the... More

The hotel was very nice and trendy. Nice room, bathroom and molton brown products and room service food from restaurant very good. However, upon arriving and being given mezzanine level room I questioned how noisy if would be. I was given incorrect information as to time music stopped which caused us not to take a different, although downgraded room. Music... More

We stopped here after a short drive down via Route 66 from Santa Fe. After a breaking bad drive around ABQ we checked in. After being offered water or Virgin sangria we were upgraded as it was our honeymoon. The room was amazing. A lovely free standing bath (very comfortable for a soak!), the bed was comfortable (and if you... More

My husband and I stayed here for 2 days while we were travelling route 66. I'll start with the good and that is the service was very good. We went up to our room and went to run a bath and noticed the plug was full of gunk and scum. It was really disgusting. I contacted the manager who had... More

Stayed Oct 2013 Before I start on the bad, the room was very nice and spacious and peaceful. The hotel lobby is beautiful. I love the alcoves and that's what made me want to stay there. I loved the idea of a rooftop bar. I got completely sucked in by how it looked! This hotel overextended itself in a number... More

We stayed at Hotel Andaluz at the end of August for just one night. It is an older building ( maybe an old apartment building) that has been beautifully renovated. The rooms are small but incredibly well-appointed. As an interior designer, I am always looking for unique uses of space and fresh, stylish interiors. I was very impressed. Location is... More

I checked out of the hotel yesterday and left a bracelet and ring on the bathroom sink. A few hours after check out when I realized this, I called the hotel and the manager on duty took the information and said she would get back to me. She never returned my call. At 7:00 am this morning I called the... More

My husband and I had an fantastic stay at Hotel Andaluz. From check in to check out the service was stellar. Guest Services rep, Kay Thompson, couldn't be more helpful. She was such a help assisting me when I discovered I forgot my luggage keys at home. She helped make our stay stress free and enjoyable. The tapas restaurant, Mas Tapas... More

Currently in the middle of a trip to Albuquerque and staying in this hotel. Very interesting and beautiful decor. Service has been fantastic. I couldn't figure out where to bring the car for valet and when I called, the bell/valet person, Ethan, went out of his way to run around the block to find my car and direct me to... More
