I enjoy the hotel accommodations. The bell man however was very rude. While using the business center, he was very intrusive. Asking me how I am going to pay for the computer use as I am busy using it! It is a prepaid computer.

I would like to take the time, sorry it's late but I just found her card, Allyson did an amazing job in taking care of our group at the hotel restaurant. I highly recommend her as your waitress! Sincerely,, Cynthia Rocha

We stayed at the Hyatt for a convention in December. It was close to the convention center and some decent restaurants. The accessibility of restaurants is important because the restaurant in the hotel (The Forque) is extremely disappointing in every aspect. I would warn anyone away from it. I have reviewed the restaurant separately on Trip Advisor. Since we were... More

This is a nice downtown hotel with updated rooms. With some planning they even offer conjoined rooms for traveling with kids. High floor rooms that face the Sandia mountains would be my pick and are worth just the few extra bucks. Friendly staff and valet. A safe choice for the business traveler.

I spent 5 nights here for a convention.I really liked the comfortable bed,the front desk staff, and the fitness room. The biggest challenge was service in the restaurant. They do not bring in enough staff when the hotel is full for a convention. The wait for table and food can be quit long for meals particularly breakfast.

The room is Nice enough. The sheets on the bed are tucked in so tight, that when you pull them out of the mattresses the sheets get all wrinkled under you. Usually, I like a dark room, but this was scary dark. No night light in the bathroom at all. The last Hyatt I stayed at had motion sensor mini... More

First time visitor to this Hyatt, not sure it stands up to most Hyatt Regency properties, but it is less expensive. Located downtown, choose either self parking for $16 or valet for $20, FYI, self parking is simple and located in the same building as the hotel. The lobby is modern, clean and well decorated, the staff was good and... More

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a business meeting thinking because of the Hyatt name it would be satisfactory. Wrong! We went to what we thought would be a relaxing dinner, it was just the opposite. We went in at 5:30pm and were the only people there, we place an order myself a salad, and he ordered a ribeye,... I recently stayed two nights at the Hyatt downtown Albuquerque hotel. The first hidden charge as soon as you arrive is $20 dollars for valet parking per night. The check- in went quite smoothly. I did explain that I needed a quite room due to the fact that I was in recovery from hospital stay. They reassured me that that... More

The building is nice and the staff is great. Plenty of shops and little things to do in the area. House keeping came by at at 8:00am which was a bit annoying. Also having to pay for internet is kind of tacky. Overall good experience.
