As others have pointed out, the service here is better than average and very friendly, though not every person at the desk was equally helpful. The room was lovely, but the beds were hard for my taste. It was impossible to control the temp in the room and eventually had to turn the AC entirely off to raise it to... More

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. We picked it because it had generally good reviews on Trip Advisor and was in a convenient downtown location. Pros: -We really enjoyed the breakfast that was included in the rate. While I realize you are ultimately paying for this, the food was excellent and the portions, very generous.... More

I stayed at the Hyatt recently for a conference and enjoyed my stay. I stayed in a panoramic room where the views were spectacular. The room was spacious and comfortable as was the bathroom. The only drawback to the room was that there were some sort of stains on the armchair, so I never sat on it. The staff ranging... More

Came to New Mexico for the first time and I stayed at the Hyatt Regency Albuquerque. Great Hotel! Rooms were large, Amenities plentiful and staff was friendly. I was indoors mostly as I was here for a board meeting, but what I did experience was wonderful. Meetiing room (Sage on the first floor) was a good sized room for our... More

The room was excellent, but the service people at the hotel, restaurant, and bar is what made the stay extra special. Extremely friendly and down to earth. They gave us great ideas on what we should do during our stay in Albuquerque.

I stayed here for three nights on a business conference. The room was mostly fine. Everything was clean and mostly in working order. The only problem I had was the power outlets on the lamp at the work station did not work, which made using my laptop and charging my phone difficult. I had to unplug the cordless phone near... The room was good, I had a king high up, great view, air conditioner not did work that well though. I was pretty warm all night Like the title says, I came in at 10:30pm and there was a parking spot under the street light in front of the hotel. I went out the next morning at 6am and my... More

Nice hotel within walking distance to the downtown scene and just a short drive to the Nob Hill area. My husband and I stayed here over Memorial Day Weekend and chose a king room with a mountain view. It was a spacious room but wasn't as decorated as nicely as I would have imagined. The bed was very comfortable and... More
