We were in a Junior Suite that was average compared to other Hyatt Hotels we've stayed in. The hotel employees' were attentive and the concierge was very helpful in recommending restaurants and additional information regarding the Hot Air Balloon Festival.

We had a for the most part, comfortable stay during our convention. We were disappointed that the hotel did not offer shuttle service around town or to/from airport and there was no breakfast provided.

We got a junior suite for less than the price of a standard room when we prepaid. Got an upgrade to king bed room. The room and hotel were very clean and the staff was very friendly and attentative to our needs. The hotel is located very close to all the attractions and eating places.

I was very impressed the moment I opened the door to the one bedroom suite. It was very room and looked great! The complimentary breakfast was one of the best I have ever had ! The first day one woman was handling everything by herself and kept the line moving quickly and did a great job. The next few days... More

Average hotel. Rooms clean and relatively quiet. Views of mountains available. Average to above average food in hotel. Steer clear of Starbucks in hotel. Bar great for singles. You cannot drop off your rental car at the hotel.

Choose this hotel for my wife and I as part of a business/pleasure trip. Good hotel and service, and within walking distance of many restaurants and a very good craft brewery. There was some construction on the streets around the hotel, but once this is done, the outside walking area will be great.

The hotel was very nice. The rooms were as you would expect for a Hyatt. The meeting spaces were very nice. The food served in the conference meal functions was really good. The hotel staff was very helpful. The only downside was the limited options to eat close by that were open on the weekend. Monday - Friday there were... More

I stayed at Hotel Andaluz which is a block away. Nice hotel but no gift shope, etc. Upon walking in the Hyatt. We had a gracious greeting. We went to the hotel for the gift shop. The gift shop was amazingly big for a hotel. Anything you can ask for they had. I was able to get a lot of... More

Dear mrswolverine: Thank you for reviewing us and giving high marks. I sincerely apologize that your were unaware that there is a 7-11 located just right behind the hotel as well as the Mercado (small market) in the building. Your comments have been passed along to Lupita in the Boutique Valencia. Thank you again for letting us know about your... More

Not a great facility or location, and over priced for the level of service provided. A better option would be to stay in Old Town about 1 mile away. Common areas were not exactly clean and several businesses inside the hotel lobby do not accept a room charge. Inconvenient.

Dear Ronald N: We certainly value you as our guest and never wanted to leave you with a "less than excellent" impression. Guest satisfaction is our number one priority and I regret that we failed to exceed your expectations. The businesses in the buildings are not part of the Hyatt Regency Albuquerque and for you not being able to charge... More

Spent a week traveling around New Mexico staying here our final night. Stayed at fabulous hotels in Santa Fe and Taos. This Hyatt was terrible! Rooms were sparsely furnished and towels were threadbare! My husband and I wanted to go to the lobby bar, have a drink, eat and watch the World Series like we had been doing all week.... More
